That's what i'm trying to point out to the TEE kid. To run a 4.3 you have to be exceptionally fast. World class fast. Somewhere around 10.-1 to 10.2 is olympic qualifying fast. 10.2-10.3 and you're probably less than a dozen kids per year coming to playing college ball and being good football players. A few i can remember are Jeff Demps, Austin Schwartz, Marvin Bracy, Trindon Holliday, Marquise Goodwin.
