His oldest daughter was told that Miami was seriously considering hiring her dad right before this picture was snapped. The photographer got it in right before she collapsed to the ground laughing.
Ya real bang-up job. This will be a smooth transition for him, then. From one loser to the next. The football program is 13-42 under his watch. Guess you can never be down on anyone with those standards.
To be fair that program hasn’t been good for awhile. The best barometer for that school is and always will be basketball. The football program is 13-42 under his watch. Guess you can never be down on anyone with those standards.
Gives me Jordan Belfort vibes. His oldest daughter was told that Miami was seriously considering hiring her dad right before this picture was snapped. The photographer got it in right before she collapsed to the ground laughing. View attachment 163587
He’s been there 5 years and they have shown 0 improvement. To be fair that program hasn’t been good for awhile. The best barometer for that school is and always will be basketball.
Whatever his take is, it will get 30 likes... @Liberty City El is so respected, we would all approve him being the new ADwhat is your take on Nuñez?
No, which is why I referenced the new guys. It's obvious that most of the disinformation and dysfunction is likely coming from the old guard, the ones resisting change and wishing to keep their dominance and influence. Just because things have been run poorly in the past does not mean that the new blood cannot move the program in the right direction. That's why I am in 'wait and see' mode.Has it been positive so far for Miami this decade
And that’s understandable, but this program needs a proven winner. Not someone who’s got their training wheels still on.To be fair that program hasn’t been good for awhile. The best barometer for that school is and always will be basketball.
At this point, I’m just trying to convince myself that the program isn’t on deaths doorThe football program is 13-42 under his watch. Guess you can never be down on anyone with those standards.
I’m not in favor of him at all. I’m more making the point New Mexico is a basketball school at heart. Football will always be a nearly impossible job there. He’s been there 5 years and they have shown 0 improvement.
Bright side- our cross country team will now have someone that knows how to win.Ya real bang-up job. This will be a smooth transition for him, then. From one loser to the next.
I’m not in favor of him. More or less making an observation. If we want to look at his basketball track record, hiring Richard Pitino is not a good move at all.And that’s understandable, but this program needs a proven winner. Not someone who’s got their training wheels still on.
Haha! Definitely. Kinda like if Belfort and Garin Justice somehow had a kid.Gives me Jordan Belfort vibes.
Ya, imagine that being the lead nugget on your resume….Bright side- our cross country team will now have someone that knows how to win.
Because AD jobs are extremely hard to get and you have to paid your dues.So why the **** is he at New Mexico now?
Excuse my ignorance but I’m not privy to the details.
