The old AD actually did better than just go after the last hiree. He went after the whole UM regime of Admin, BOT, and the Prez who are the the gutless and lame people who have hired all the coaches that have been running our teams since "joining the ACC". Even still, INTENSITY is the responsibility of the coaches, particularly the HC.

That probably was a very long interview. Even still, he clearly states that two biggest things ARE: 1.) the UM team is not improving and 2.) the players don't have intensity. Finally, he implies that UM is reduced to just going through the motion
