Kelly Bryant is transferring from Clemson.....

****, not good news for us. Lawrence is 10x the QB that Bryant is
Jerome Brown v Oklahoma mentality is the way to go. Aikman looked like he was about to light us up. Jerome said we needed to get him out the game, and long story short, Aikman left with a broken ankle.

If we see them, we need Willis or somebody to (legally) take him out.

Did you skip the first two pages of this thread? Malik is a redshirt senior. His eligibility is done after this year no matter what happens.
Are you sure he wouldn’t be able to grad transfer somewhere else?

Malik Rosier wouldn't get any offers to play anywhere...maybe Alabama A&M or some nonsense.

Finish up at Miami and go on to the next stage of your life, b.

Even if Rosier was eligible to transfer no power 5 teams would want his garbage ašs. Bryant will find a home.

Nope. You have 5 years to play 4. This is his 5th year and he's already used his redshirt. The only way he could have grad transferred would be if he did it before this season started.

The only way Malik Rosier can play another year of college football would be if he go seriously injured this season and applied for a medical redshirt and a very rare 6th year of eligibility. The only player in Miami history I can remember doing this was Rusty Meadaris. His knees were so messed up though, he couldn't make it through his 6th year and retired from football.

Dabo better hope Lawrence doesn't get hurt or this will be bad for him. He could have kept rotating themin games.....Bryant was a senior anyway and would be gone after this season. If Bryant was stinking it up or making dumb mistakes than I see a change but he's played well

Now he is left with a 3rd guy with no experience behind Lawrence

Clemson saw what happens in the playoffs when you bring a knife (Bryant) to a gunfight. They're not playing just to get invited, they're playing to win the championship. Quarterback play was one of their weak spots last season and they needed to upgrade if they were going to improve. Kelly Bryant is an OK quarterback. Clemson is banking on Lawrence putting them over the top.

Also, I'm not so sure Kelly Bryant is any better than Jalen Hurts. He completed a high percentage of passes but his yards per attempt is very low, thus his below average QB rating.

When Alabama struggles on defense it is almost always against a quarterback who moves well and is a running threat. Lawrence is a much, much better arm talent, but Bryant is definitely a much better runner. Does take them out of things they liked to do with Watson and Boyd. We shall see. Won't know until Clemson plays a defense with a pulse.

So...Dabo needed to rely on Bryant to close out the game in a hostile environment at aTm a few weeks ago. But now he feels like it's time to take the training wheels off of Lawrence. Bye bye Bryant.

Big time College Football has become a cutthroat business, thanks to Nick Saban.

Bryant is better than Malik, so is Hurts. He got flucked by football politics, cause they knew dude was starting, and probably dam neared guaranteed him when recruiting him. College Football is a dirty game , but I guarantee if we had a career 65% passer, we probably would have been in the playoffs last year.

Neither are better passers than Malik Rosier

He needs to transfer to Arkansas where chad Morris is trying to run the same offense he established at clemson

Can't tell if serious or not but why would he want to come here only to face the same situation? He'll either go to D2 for a year and then come back to a team that needs a QB or find a school where he's guaranteed to start next season.
No way he goes D2. He will have PLENTY of suitors in the P5 conferences like Russel Wilson did. He is far more talented than most of the grad transfers that move because they can't start where they are.

USF could be an interesting option for Bryant next season. I beleive their current starter is a senior and he fits what they like to do on offense pretty well.
Blake Barnett is a JR
