Paging Mr. Hendricks....

Mr. Hendricks to the white courtesy phone, please.

I'll say it again.

Yes, there is a lot of smoke and a lot of heat.

No, as of now, I don't think something happens this offseason.

School hasn't started back up yet so I don't exactly have new information.

exactly why we can't get our hopes up. heat is one thing but pulling the trigger is another. doubt it actually happens

Actually
So quiet could be a buyout being negotiated as we wait
Golden I
Hasn't got a chance and he knows it,
Might be negotiating a lesser costing out,

What would your reaction be to this:

Relevant part:

Kiffin has proved some people wrong about his tactics and worthiness as a college football coach. That's on the field. Off the field, well, we'll see how much he has grown when he is hired as a head coach in 2016. He will not go back to the NFL—he almost said as much here Monday—but Kiffin will be hired because he can coach, he will be redeemed, and the trend is to hire an offensive guy and have him bring a wingman.

If I had to guess, I would lay odds on Miami. Al Golden has another year to get things right there, and it is going to be uphill. Can Miami, with all its history of rule-bending, afford to hire Kiffin? People wondered if it was the right move for Alabama.

It was.

I have no doubt in my mind that this is what's going to happen. What happened at his house is something that probably tipped things over.

Hire Butch by the end of the week, and we will finish with a top 10 class.

Top 5. We'd keep everyone we have, get back the ones we've lost, and probably even snag a few away from UF and FSU.

All these other multiple sauces with no links did nothing for me and they were a lot of hot air, but this site is one I have seen before and they seem legit. I'm actually excited a bit. 2015 is starting off better already.

Golden has boxed himself in a corner, and at UM he's in a no-win situation.

I've been suggesting on a number of boards for months that UM and Golden should negotiate a mutually beneficial resignation. If Golden waits until next season and then gets fired, he'll only see a whistle in high school programs.

If he leave now for personal reasons/family reasons, he will be able to salvage his coaching career.

It's a no-brainer.

Nothing is gonna happen. Just prepare for 2015 to be a wasted season.

Enjoy having your Saturdays back.
