Looking at the entirety of the situation, Florida’s history, current personalities involved, and the fact that they are on the highest level of risk aversion mode having a relatively new AD with all kinds of eyes on him, including Foley who’s still hanging around, that’s my prediction. I’m feeling pretty confident about it.

Remember they’re currently very risk-averse.

Let's see, Richt is 162-55...so that's winning 74.7% of his games, which puts him at #11 on the list of winningest current college coaches ( Winningest Active Coaches). Its plausible that he is getting $7.5MM from Florida. Here is an excerpt from an article on MSU trying to keep him:

Like I said..Mullen Will never see the last year of that contract.These Delusional pricks don’t understand the team is terribly devoid of talent and have no recruiting class to speak of this year.
