Anonymous ACC coach slandering UM

You right our staff is a joke and I would love to be frying fish with Dabo every single year at the College Football Playoffs, not with Clemson though.

Maybe the part assuming what Lashlee ran at SMU will fail here? Everything they said about last year was true, but the BS about NEXT season was fantasy. Lashlee's O gets the ball out quick, which protects the QB. It is NOTHING like what Enos ran that put tremendous strain on the OL, and twice baked potato QB.
 
The fact that the coach sounds familiar with Lashlee makes me think it’s Norvell or Fuente. Clearly slander was a bad word choice. I just took issue with the **** talking behind the cloak of anonymity. I’d have respected it more if he went all Bronco Mendenhall and outright said “we had them dialed in after the first 2 series”. Much of it is still true, I just don’t see how the part about Lashlee risking King makes sense in a spread look. You’re either defending King or defending the spread.
 
Sounds like a Dabo quote to me but oh well. We have a long way to go to earn our national respect back. Hopefully the players see this and it motivates them more.

I guess our interpretation of what was stated is different. He doesnt say Lashlee will fail. he did say if they dont get better oline play he will get King killed. but i dont take that as it will fail. Last 5 years of offense has sucked and should be better this year(dont think it could get worse)

The only current ACC coach with experience against Lashlee is Norvell I believe.

He talked about how poorly we schemed last year, then says if Lashlee does the same as he did last year at SMU, our OL will suffer, and our QB might get hurt. That makes no sense, as Lashlee's O gets the ball out fast. Our OL play will look better, because we won't be seeing our QB turn his back to the line, taking 10 steps back. It's a completely different system.

Here's a number for you. 17. SMU gave up 17 sacks last year, ranking 14th in the country. We gave up 51, while throwing the ball 66 fewer times. So how the heck is what Lashlee did at SMU going to get a QB killed at Miami? I call BS.
