If he’s 6’1 his vert must be 38’ or more because he plays like he’s 6’3. Great athlete. Can’t ever have too many of those at WR.

You are exactly right. DMoney series on our past draft classes is an excellent example that we have no clue who will end up being impactful and an NFL player (we need both in the worst way).

stack as much 4 star talent that we can find and let the ones who have the talent and work ethic rise to the top.
It was those exact posts about past recruiting classes which had me thinking about this as well.

Impossible. Recruits only choose Miami if we pay the most, and they always choose the other option if the NIL is close to even.
Sadly thats **** near true when theres a 5 star attached to the WRs name.

I prefer a tough, physical guy over a skinny guy who really wants to play basketball. Might be wrong.
There were hella posters on here saying losing Russell was unacceptable as if ppl were supposed to lose their job behind not landing that jit lol

Will be unpopular here, but I don’t believe in overpaying out of desperation for a backup option.

I hope he balls out senior year and develops into a freak, but he has high bust potential from the film and comp I watch. I expect him to drop in the rankings as well. He’s high ceiling, low floor type.

At the same time, good to stop the bleeding and all hands on deck for Cooper. That’s someone that’s worth the overpay imo.

All that being said, welcome to the U young man and prove many of us wrong.
Football recruiting, like life, is a box of chocolates. Ya never know what you’re going to get.🙌🏽

my take is hes not a back up. I dont think we ever really wanted Russell but played the game. its not like Cooper who we want.
I think we wanted for Russell and then moved on. Keys is a take regardless and we will pay big for him.
Agreed. Russell is going to effing Syracuse. If we wanted him he would be committed.

The last classes we have got some solid WRs . Just glad we got some taller ones this class so far .

I believe they had bolles on their schedule too...smaller school but several kids with big time offers

I don't think they played Bolles this year. My granddaughter was in the band for SA last year so we saw him play quite a bit. Not an expert on receivers but he looked good to me. He had a good game against Heritage in the playoffs.
