This isn't the A&M game. It's at night and tickets are significantly cheaper. I'd expect in the area of 50-55k. Plus people will be rowdy from tailgating for hours. Saturday is my dad's funeral so we'll both be there in spirit.
I’ll be thinking of you and your dad at the game. Powerful story and moment for you, the strength will be there.

Tickets are inexpensive. If the crowd isn’t up to par, ask yourself why.

And for all you “lower the ticket prices and they’ll come” people, what is your answer now?
The barometer is the aftermarket price. Right now the nosebleeds are almost double the official UM site. That usually means that they are selling.
When it’s a small a crowd people are dumping them for 10 bucks on stub hub.

There should be at least 50k in attendance. Not reported, 50k in actual attendance.

Right now the lower bowl is completely sold out and it looks like the sideline upper deck sections will be almost full. The end zones are still 30%. But that's probably 50K-55K if it actually ends up that way.

But parkingggg!!!!

And 4 pretzels, hot dogs, cracker jacks, and sodaaaaas for my family of 4!!!!

And should we even talk about the MANDATORY souvenirs?!!!!

I'm not a billionaire, pal! I can't dip into the kiddos college fund for this stuff.

And are football games even family friendly any more? You've seen the videos of fights at Raiders games, right?

And what about the sun and heat or God forbid rain???!!! I know it's a night game but anything not under the canopy is a no-go for my wife.

I know they've messed with the clock stoppages but these games are sooooo long too.

I'm also going kite surfing earlier in the day so that might be an issue.

.....Don't bother answering any of this. Even if you can address every concern, I'm just going to lie and say my kid or wife or elderly parent is sick or I'm stuck at a child's birthday party and I'll have to root on my beloved Canes from home.

I agree with your analysis. Aftermarket pricing is probably the best way to gauge interest/attendance in the game. It doesn’t necessarily tell you the number, but it could be a valid metric for comparing different games as far as the attendance.

Right now, we’re 4–0, we pass the eye test, it’s a night game, there is general overall excitement about the offense, and there’s even a little excitement over the flashy Miami nights theme/marketing, even if it’s not a marquee opponent.
