Gary Stevens
Not from 95-2000....Chuck Pagano did& coached special teams ....
He was actually pretty good. Our defenses under Schnelly were stout. Different philosophy, but helped take us to a NC.Tom Olivadotti ....(ducks and runs)....
A UM legend. A lotta love for Coach Ski.No love for Walt Kichefski?
No. Because he didn't coach on elite teams. Who knows if he coached in the '80's or later. Longtime assistant to Pete Carroll. Part of the UM--USC/Seahawk connection. Not the best DL coach we’ve ever had but I have always felt Greg Mark doesn’t get enough credit.
He coached some amazing lines.
Does Pat Ruel count?
Legacy came down from Earl Morrall who coached QBs for Schnellenberger before Stevens took over. (The post is almost unintelligible.) Morrall started coaching Jim Kelly early in the Schellenberger era.I was looking for confirmation it was he who coached the QBs. Thanks!
Came here to wonder why no one had mentioned Pagano yetAlways tough to settle on "best," but here's my assistant coach Hall of Fame ….
Joe Brodsky
Tony Wise
Manny Diaz
Sonny Lubick
