Figured I'd keep you in the loop on my progress. I cut out the curls and flys - didn't feel like they fit. Lunges 50 lbs 3x8 each leg. waiter walk 3x4 (down and back is 2) each arm with 35 lbs. shrugs with 70 lbs 3x10. Squat 50 3x10 (I know I'm weak lol). Farmer 60 lbs 3x4. Press 3x15 50 lbs - I need to up here but my shoulders are havin trouble at higher. Dead 50 3x8. Suitcase walk 35 3x4 each arm. Dips 3x8. Then about five minutes of 30/30 hiit. I know it's all low but it's only been three weeks now. First week was a complete waste as my legs were so dead after one I couldn't go again lol. My legs and forearms are giving out now but it feels good. Anyways wanted you to know how I was doing. I've been steadily increasing weight so well see lol. I lost some weight (down to 185) but I figure I'll start adding good weight back soon.
