Go to the recruiting board. You will see twice as many excuses made for Mannibro. Any attempts to formulate your own thoughts will result in you being labeled a mope though.

Jacurri will still be able to red shirt if he plays now. If Mario doesn’t go with another QB I would assume our recruiting takes a hit. Do you really think it’s possible they go with him another game? Last night was hard to watch I felt like he lost the game single handily and the defense again was started to give up. How could Mario keep the locker room if this happens

To go a step further, it isn't all TVD.

I've been a critic, but I'll also say he's proven me wrong and has the tools. Having said that, something is wrong, way wrong.

I'd put that more on the coaches than him. You can see it in the changes in our offensively philosophy. We literally have thrown away what works and bastardized this offense entirely.

What we've seen this offense morph into is the strangest thing I have ever seen from one of our units ever. It's like we aren't even trying to set him up for success. Even if you want to blame him, where's the checks and balances that would end up with sidelining him for a series or three.

What we're doing is so pig headed and stubborn, it's hard to watch. The final WTF moment for me was adding our wide receivers, in particular X into the line as an additional blocker. On one play, he literally got rag dolled 10 yards backwards and from one hash to another.

Who comes up with this ****? That is unforgivable. It's as bad as playing back on defense when the opposing offense has one yard to gain.

What we were doing at the beginning of the year, a lot of that is still there for the taking. So why did we go away from it? I'd love for someone to press that question. TVD, I agree, he's going through the motions. So what's next? It's a **** shame they broke him.

Why would a top tier portal QB come here and play for Mario though? We will get negative recruited to oblivion this winter at QB.

The answer isn't running more.

That is the problem entirely.

No QB worth a **** will come here. Any offensive player with a shred of sense, recruit or currently on staff, would be smart to head elsewhere.

The staff had this offense humming and then they literally drove it off that high cliff. It's inexcusable.

Hindsight is always 20/20 but if you go back and watch the film during the good stretch the warning signs were there. A lot of “great passes” that didn’t need to be forced because there were better options out there. Forget which game 1-4 but he hit X on a sideline route that if the DB turned around its batted down or a pick. Everyone was like wow what a pass. What most missed was R Williams running free down the middle of the field wide open. The pick against Miami Oh as well. There were other examples but they were overshadowed by the success and euphoria of the A&M game. Yeah he threw some great passes during that 4 game stretch but once the competition got better those windows got smaller. GT exploited it with their coverages and the rest of the opponents picked up on it. His comfort level dropped and that’s when he regressed to only targeting X 35+ times (or whatever it was) over 2 games. Now he looks completely out of sync and indecisive. Need to make a change.

Don't question it just roll over and accept Mannibro knows how to fix this. He's obviously a QB whisperer and playing it safe with 3* and portal QBs is the wave of the future. We will have our pick of the liter.

@DMoney As questionable as Dawson as been since Texas A&M I can’t continue to blame him besides not ripping TVD him on the sidelines with the WTF you doing vibes. Dawson actually tried mixing it up last night. He tried getting the TE‘s active that **** still wasn’t working with TVD miss pass to #88. TVD has all day PLUS a clean pocket yet he shows no sense of awareness on that particular sack play he’s lost done finish with. We blamed Gattis for his lack of progression last year but this is who TVD is period. it’s time to move on💯‼️

There is a little bit of overexageration of losing the locker room, we have no chance against FSU, fire Mario now, yada yada yada. In reality we lost a game on the road where the O sucked. Oh and we lost our 2 starting CBs. Our QBs are not good (or young) and we need to keep trying to improve. We are where we thought we would be albeit we did think the O would improve with a healthy TVD. That said I cant get the memory of MTSU out of my head and vividly recall saying he is the worst QB to ever strap it on after that game. You don't need to see that more than once to know you have a problem. The locker room is fine. The recruiting is fine. We have a good back up QB for the future. Have a good one lined up for 25 if he stays. We can still get 8 or 9 wins and build off that for next season.

The difference with Bama is they have 4 and 5 star QBs on the roster and were still looking for more

Mario was too busy stacking OL and RBs for his 1980s offense instead of realizing he prob needs real depth at QB in case of injury or collapse like this
