it took him 3 1/2 years to get us them **** grown *** men out there that just whipped a good *** football team and that **** takes time but he **** sure did it. nobody else was doing it or had done it. we havent had a team like this in 25 years

You probably said the same **** in 2017 after they beat ND. Then look what happened after that. It’s a really nice win but let the season play out before everyone starts acting like this is the 01 team.
 
Was Lyle the only real injury to our players? I think Markel Bell was okay.

Bain and Mesidor played very well especially late. Kudos to this entire staff and team. They earned this W tonight.

It wasnt easy but we found a way and our Kicker ironically won it for us.

Daniels what a sick catch tonight! Just an NFL play there! Toney was amazing!

I wish we would use Lofton more in this offense. Maybe we will in coming weeks.

Dawson was fine. 2nd half after the 8 min drive to go up 21-7 Mario for sure made him call more conservative plays almost costing us the game. U saw us go tempo and let Beck sling cmon Man U know what it looks like when Mario takes over

He wasn’t fine. I literally call out his plays 85% pre-snap. Just because we out-talent people doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try to out-scheme them as well. Get more creative. Use your weapons. Get Lofton the ball.

Some conservative play calling for sure. But you trust your OL to open those holes and churn the yards out. We didn’t at time but still did when the game was on the line.

100% agree.
This is one of the biggest wins we have had in a long time.
This ND team is very good. They are really well rounded and talented at almost every position.
Miami went toe to toe with them, controlled for most of the game until end of the 3rd and 4th Quarter, then stepped up and took the win.
ND is the most talented team we’ll face all year IMO.
