Also if Bain bounces back (his year wasn't that bad for coming off and then playing thru injury). And Lofton, the young DE, etc…look good this year…Will you change your mind. Also, Arroyo didn't "develop?"

Again I'm not saying he is a world class developer by any means, but you are dealing with a pretty small sample size to say "only the offensive line gets developed"

Mario is a weird recruiter. He is very strong recruiting offensive and defensive lineman and portal QBs and has had spot success at other positions, while he's been an abject failure at other positions.

Are you not understanding that by posting the results of programs that are considered good to great OLine developers and it basically matching Mario’s results as a HC these last 8 years, that it isn’t showing what you think it’s showing?

When you offer a bigger NIL deal with playing time to a recruit and he still turns you down, things are real bad. Someone that isn't a top 100 player. They gave it their all. Mario might get 1 or 2 flips, but in this Rev Share NIL era, we aren't flipping 5 kids late. Better hope for several firings and desperate NIL offers.

This isn’t being discussed enough. I suspect, these kids do not want to play for this staff unless you’re OL or Secondary (who are established recruiters). Not exactly an ideal situation considering the budget we pay this staff.

That's the thing some kids are never going to choose your school even if you're undefeated. Guys go where there is NIL and development. Need both that combination not 1 of the 2

I disagree that the staff didn't care. I don't think anyone was happy that Cam didn't play the second half. I also will always believe they thought they could coach Emory through the second half and hang on to a lead. Clearly misguided thinking....

Mario came off as totally unprepared and shell shocked about Cam after the game. Emory completely laid an egg. #1 offense in the country and our heralded back up couldn’t complete a forward pass. That’s 2 bowl games in a row where we had no QB under Mario.

Not hard to negative recruit that clown car.

This has happened in the portal as well. I’m not an insider but even I know this

WRs and DTs have been using us since 2023 and that’s just from what I know

There was a HILARIOUS group of WRs people inside the program thought we had a chance at and that’s continued all the way through this year when supposedly Ryan Williams and Smith were back on the table

Ive never doubted that people like D$ shoot it to us straight

But even a non insider knows that the staff has fed lies or just flat out misreads as well
