Coral Gables, FL.— Park Vista’s uncommitted 2027 WR/DB Justice Jones has become one of the biggest stock risers across the region.
Through the first 5 games of his senior season, Jones has recorded 16 catches, 339 yards and 2 touchdowns at wideout, but has begun seriously turning heads at safety, where he’s logged 5 INTs already, returning 2 to the house.
The 6 foot 3 1/2” DB from Lake Worth currently holds FBS Offers from Akron and Florida Atlantic, alongside DII Lenoir Rhyne.
After releasing his mid season tape, Justice has begun receiving interest from the Miami Hurricanes, alongside other Power programs like NC State, Penn St. and Minnesota.
“A few schools have been hitting me up after my mid season film. What I’m looking for is a team who fits me the best, has a great coaching staff…. somewhere I can develop, become a better player and most importantly help the team out.”
Last night, it was confirmed that Justice would be taking a gameday visit for Central Michigan v Miami.
“I’ve gone to Miami games all the time growing up. Now as a recruit, I’m looking forward to seeing the atmosphere, continuing to develop relationships with the staff and seeing where I could potentially help out.“
When asked about what makes him stand out from other uncommitted ballers in the Sunshine State, the senior Cobra had this to say:
“I would have to say what makes me a stand out football player is my versatility…I can do it all, I can play almost anywhere on the field….All of my INTs are from watching film and studying my opponent. I spend a lot of time watching film so it makes my job on the field so much easier.”
Orange and Green has been coursing through Justice Jones’ veins since birth. Justice’s father, Larry Jones was the MVP of the 1992 Orange Bowl after a 144 yard, 1 TD night during the ‘Canes 22-0 victory over Nebraska.
His mother, Robin Beacham Jones was a standout track athlete for the ‘Canes from 1994-98.
As his senior season progresses, there may be a possibility that Justice follows in his parent’s footsteps.
“Man if Miami dropped the offer and I committed it would mean the world to my family. My parents played sports at Miami, so it would be only right to follow in their footsteps and stay at the Crib. ”
Justice is the younger brother of former FAMU DB Elijah Jones and multi-ACC-stop LB Dorian Jones, who tallied over 150 career tackles.
Outside of football, Justice Jones is a standout track and field star, who podiumed with second place honors in the High Jump at the FHSAA 4A Championships with a 6 foot 5 1/2 leap.
