Swasey needs to be shown the dooe

Swasey built this team in Golden's image. Remember, Golden was always harping on putting weight on players. He wasn't too concerned with speed. However, on the flip side, I'd take Moffitt back from LSU in a heart beat over Swasey. Players would come back to Miamito work out in the weight room regardless of who the S&C coach is.

He must have incriminating pictures of some BOT members or something. That's the only way I can explain him being on the staff for this long

Team winning % in nov for the last ten seasons: .400

These numbers SCREAM poorly conditioned team. We always come up small down the stretch. It's a disturbing and consistent trend.

Lol so playing FCS teams early like we do every year didn't play a part lol

We actually played more ranked teams early in the season than in November. Even without FCS opponents our November win % is significantly lower, pointing to a team that runs out of gas. Happens literally every season for 10 years.
 
Hoping new coach comes in and cleans house with strength, nutrition, quality control and football ops.

Need to throw the checkbook at Alabamas strenght and conditioning coach. They look like men against boys against LSU. If can't get him need to find someone else that works with him. I'm sure bama has multiple guys that work with strength and conditioning program.
 
just look at some of these teams that played today. We are lacking big time in SC department. It shouldn't take guys like coley 3 years to gain 10 pounds of muscle.

LOLOLOLOL how many times is this excuse going to be used? For 15 years he couldn't get kids to buy in, huh? Well maybe let's get an S&C coach who can get kids to buy in?

I mean do you realize how dumb this excuse is? I could be used to excuse ANY COACH. "Well maybe kids just didn't buy in, D'Onofrio is a good coach" "Pat Nix is amazing, but kids just didn't buy in" "Rich Olsen is a genius but the kids didn't buy in"

There should be a new rule on this site where you are banned for blaming players for the faults of the staff. I'm ******* sick and tired of it.

Put on the Alabama LSU game. Go watch UF's defense. Check out Ohio State. The difference is alarming.

Our entire defense could have gone anywhere in the country. Most of our guys could have:

Deon Bush, Jamal Carter, Jermaine Grace, Chad Thomas, AQM, Artie Burns, Tracy Howard, Anthony Moten etc.

All these dudes could have named their school. Yet put em side by side against top 10 teams and tell me that shlt isn't embarrassing. Just watch our games. They're smaller. They're slower. They're less explosive. They're weaker. It is an undeniable fact many refuse or fail to see because a bunch of millionaires and former Hurricanes choose to live in Miami all off-season (******* shocking) and occasionally come back to their alma mater to workout together and bond with the young guys. Somehow these has helped turn Swasey into a legend.

Swasey is a **** nightmare. Look at Bama, LSU, Ohio State - they turn these top flight recruits into monsters. Our kids have guts, tiny *** legs, they're always getting nicked up. It's a shame. I have no doubt Butch would kick this glorified LA Fitness trainer to the curb.
