This hire is going to help Cooney. He can get some tips from Field on recruiting to become even more deadly on the trail while continuing to learn from a WR coach. Then whenever said coach leaves let him fill that role. 2-3 more years down the road. Got to earn your stripes somewhere. He got a G pass because he helped bring in Pope but Manny ain’t on that. He’s trying to win. Not worry about feelings.
