What can a head coach do when the only QB you have has self destructed? Maybe notice all the complaints are synonymous with his play going downhill(rapidly) you really wanna blame any coach for your Heisman hopeful QB having 12 turnovers in 4 games? Bench him that's the obvious trend. No problem let's do it and understand most defenses we see aren't poo but then you still get a QB u attempted to keep his redshirt and isn't prepared yet to be a starter on this level. Complain about play calling second half. No problem. Well we're yall complaining about play calling when we were attempting to throw the ball around some in the first half and we had 4(I believe it was,maybe 3) three and outs because we couldn't complete a pass? How bout when what gave us momentum and had them rocked was us running the ball down they throat? Maybe you say well take the top of the field? Okay well did you notice what Emory's deep ball looks like? Not many recipes for success. We had installed several packages for jaccurri and I would've loved to see that blended in. But anyways not sure how our issues relate to Mario. Me I'm just tired of all this feminine **** with so much *****ing. There's is soo many positives to take away from this team. If you take a second to realize where we are with good QB play even all this hoe *** **** would just go away. Y'all do you. I'm tired of arguing with people who just wanna be miserable. ****em.

Yes!!! We have been in every single game this season. He flipped the OL and Lb rooms…which were our two biggest weaknesses after last year. Every room has improved. The culture has done a complete 180. I believe in the direction of the program under Mario. A strong foundation is being built. Look at USC and see what happens when you try to take short cuts.

Defense bowed up in the red zone all night and there was zero quit from anyone.

Running game needs more creativity.

It’s easy to mope and that’s the vibe on this board, but we are objectively heading in the right direction.

To your point though, with all the interceptions and near-interceptions, I understand why they’re being so boring on offense. Turnovers are the fastest way to a loss.

Or three and outs which (besides the field position taken out of the equation)is **** near as bad. That seams lost on people here. Always has been. I try to understand is it people who just don't understand football or is it simple dillusional tendencies? You really wanna take it a step further, what would it sound like on here if we had the SAME EXACT RECORD but we had any of our qbs in the game just chunkin the ball all over the field with little to no success. We couldn't move the chains as a result of all the incompletions and turnovers and due to the deficiencies in time of possession our defense gets worn out quickly and we get blown out in most games... What would it be then? Would the maddens of cis say our offense is now perfect but our defense sucks?

Well according to cis we have a QB who's a future hall of famer and thank God he stayed instead of leaving for bama or Notre Dame... Far as the rest of the room, should we have been rashadas cuck? Should we have took him back after he went hook line and sinker all in with turds and **** on us on the way out? Jaccurri isn't ready to be a starter yet at this point. Our offense would look like Paul Thomas old tech offense if we did cause he's VERY inaccurate and you can only scheme around that so much... You say well portal? Okay sure. What portal QB(someone transferring out of where they're already at for a variety of reasons,but mainly over playing time issues)wants to come here to be Tyler's backup? Atleast what legit one that would make y'all happy? I can tell you we had Three VERY good options lined up as portal qbs. But in the end Tyler decided to stay(that flirting with several schools went on for far longer than most seem to realize)& as a result none of them chose to come here. Only one of them even ended up leaving where he was at. Only other high school QB we were serious with ended up at UCLA. So maybe the issue is we should've took another high school QB and that's a fine and fair assessment. Just remember most high school kids that would make y'all happy are all about instant gratification. But we got the golden boy we were locked in with... Anyways, just another viewpoint.

That's the hypocrites out in full force. Last season they all said look at usc as proof how you should build a team and u can do it in one year. Now look at them this season but no one has pointed that out. It's simply an ever evolving limbo line around here. The bar changes every week.

Rivers played well against Verse all game

Guidry deserves a lot of credit… switching schemes mid season to a 3-3-5 and getting results is absolutely a credit to how knowledgeable he is in applying a defense relative to the talent on hand and not trying to force a round peg in a square hole.

Brother you ain't never been one of those people. Please don't do it now. I'm not at all saying he doesn't deserve any criticism. That's NEVER been my words. But let's try to be objective on what that criticism should be. You can only do so much when it relates to people actually wanting to come here. You recruit to the best of your abilities the players you feel you need. He does that part. So when it relates to personnel I'm never gonna complain. I've seen repeatedly with my own two eyes what Mario does for that. My only point is this season going downhill has directly correlated with Tyler van dyke ****ting ALL OVER the bed. That's not coaching. Especially not your head coach.

@Brooklyndee fans love to blame coaches. they wanted Addae out of here in worst way. Now Porter looks like an all ACC player and we just saw Damari locked down Coleman. Everyone who knows the game (much better than me) knows TVD has left guys WIDE open down field. it's not about play calls.

Also, they fall into traps. Last week it was brashard doesnt play enough, he has right to be mad at coaches. Well guess what, he play yesterday and it was dumb penalty and alot of confusion. Notice it's always the upperclassmen who mess up? cant win with upperclassmen who are dumb and lack discipline.

I would've liked to see jaccurri get some snaps. His athleticism could've made some huge issues for that defense. I would've liked to see us attack their blitzing lanes especially in the seam. The one thing play calling wise that I disagree with is we should've continued testing up top once in a blue(not with the necessity of completing the pass) just to keep the defense honest. But I do understand at the end of the day it's not like we really had many downs that we could afford to throw away. Could've simply kept their blitz packages in check and kept them from stacking the box and sitting on shorter routes.
