Sam Bruce may come this weekend?

the fact that its canesport is all i needed to know.

Agree. He had other obligations... And Ron Dugans met with him yesterday so its not like he hasnt spoken to anyone face to face post-dead period...Now if he had canceled on Ron then I would be nervous. He saw who he needed to see IMO. He wanted to meet his WR coach. Meeting Richt is cool but it can wait until next week. Plus I agree that we need the last in home to make sure he is locked in..

UF does not scare me. If he goes there, good luck to him. I would just LMAO..

Him going to USCe is probably to see if the rumor of them having white girls with big asses is true. LOL. Im sure he reads this forum! lol.

That Scarlett one was brutal last year.

- Committed here when nobody else thought he'd come.
- Stayed through the whole process (no visits or even a hint of it)
- After the dead period is over, he visits.
- HE SOLIDIFIES his commitment.
- Two weeks later, kid drops out of the class and goes to the Gata's.

Are these drama queens as prevalent anywhere else in the country? This dude changes his story more than a perp on First 48. If he'd rather play for Folden/Coley/Beard than Richt/Dugans then I question his ability to make good decisions moving forward.
 
If he doesn't end up at UM we'll witness our first Richtian Meltdown, and it'll be totally in vain. The amount of importance put on Bruce is overblown. He's very good, unique but not a program shaper by himself. He's not Duke Johnson. Get back Ahmmon and pull in Williams or Stove, I'll sleep extremely well.

Dont blame them...this is the most fertile crootin ground in the nation..We have created this ..... yo uhave grown men begging and worshiping the ground they walk on...the spoiled brat syndrome..I mean a cable channel is doing a biography on Sam..how could you not be an egomaniac at 18?

The kid is around 5'6 and is quick but not elite long speed if he wants to leave then good luck. He sure did not make much noise at the Under Armour game in fact the only noise he made was wearing a OSU hat
 
Bruce recruitment is alot like Scarlett, who did squat at Fl. But there are lots of good receivers with speed and size. Short is not an asset. Just need to reel them in if Bruce goes north to freeze.

we aren't bama or Lsu right now we cannot afford to lose kids like this....
When Bama loses out on a kid they want they replace them with a 4 or 5 star guy.
Under golden we lose a kid and our back up plans are guys like Joe brown/Dallas Crawford sorry but we cannot afford to let top level talent get away if we going to just scramble and replace them with FIU level talent.

You must be knew at this. He cancels this one. Then, suddenly, he can't meet with Richt next week. Before you know it, he's not even visiting anymore and we are eliminated. He just "can't get over that they didn't keep KB." He commits elsewhere. This is a repeat episode. Seen it too many times.

Don't trust anything he says.

He's gone, and has been gone since Beard was rumored to be out.

The only reason it's dragged on this long is because it took until the last minute to decide on the WR coach. I'm sure this would've happened much sooner had Beard been gone sooner.

Richt sees it as well, which is why all of a suddenly you have 6-7 new WR's being mentioned and pursued.

Sorry. But he was gone once Scarlett flipped to UF. Looking at Dungans, I like his resume more than KB's. I like Sam Bruce as a prospect, he looks to be elite. But if a player is coming out in all his interviews and says that he's still 100% committed to Miami and says that he's committed to the school and not a coach, then he was trolling you the whole time.

Bruce will test the old "STA kids aren't allowed to flip" adage. That's the most interesting dynamic of this thing for me.
 
Sam Bruce can go keep Johnny Dixon warm on the bench if he wants. I'm tired of these games. Its obvious Richt is too with the amount of other irons he has in the fire at the WR position right now. Bruce and Scarlett's recruitments are turning out to be eerily similar. Kids that play games and burn bridges during their recruitment never really seem to pan out anyways (minus Dalvin).

**** is just straight up disrespectful. So you cancelled a visit with a Head Coach of a major D-1 Program (doesn't matter of it's UM or not) because you had some petty bull**** going on? Be a man and make time for him. Instead, you're gonna make him take a full day to devote "totally to you". Punk. ***** a red flag to me.
 
I really don't see Bruce flipping but a 5'6 slot receiver who would rather play for Al Golden than Mark Richt is not a program changing recruit by any means.
