By tonight, Sony Michel and Dalvin Cook will be committed to SEC schools.

One of them will wind up at Miami.

lmao. We missed on both. If they wanted to be at Miami they wouldnt be committed elsewhere.
Its April. :ohlord:

I swear some fans are just stupid as **** because they somehow have forgotten how many recruits decommit at every school!!!!! Including UM but if they wanted back in I guarantee they would be celebrating

Dude just accept reality. We arent getting either. Move on

First, it is still April, second you don't know what plays out, and definitely are not in contact with anybody on the staff to know if they have any chance or feel confident about Sony or Cook decommitting and coming to UM. By the way, they do. So let's just relax and let this play out. Also, the position that has shown the most devaluation in football is the RB position, so as much as I did want Sony, it is a position that can be filled easier than most. And let us not forget, that Sony is rated the 14th best prospect on ESPN and the guy we already have comittted and is a legend in Dade County since Pee Wee is rated 18th overall in Yearby. So just know that there is plenty of reason for DMoney stating that by signing day one of either Michel or Cook will be a Cane

Again just saying that what DMoney stated is based off of expectations within the University, perhaps he is protecting his source by not stating which RB it is, all I am going to confirm is that what he is predicting has validity.

All anyone else is saying is that it's April. Sony doesn't look good 'cause we've been on him for half a **** decade and he ain't feelin it. But recruits like Dalvin flip all the time, see: the last three years' early commits. Clean that we got no chance in **** **** up or just get to steppin, as it's about as cancerous to this site as the deleted poster's Dashboard Confessional impersonation.

didn't they expect Bostwick?

Yes, the point in the end is relax, it is still April, it sucks the news right now, but there are reasons to still be hopeful. Could anything happen? Absolutely such is the nature of recruiting. All schools have experienced highs and lows when it comes to recruiting and guys they think they have solid or don't and it switching on them. Right now this is the case, could it change? sure

If you listened to Golden on signing day it "sounded" like Bryant was who they thought they lost, not Bostwick. How long they felt that way is pure speculation.

The last two weeks or so had em quite worried from what I understood.
right but Bostwick had been a Gator for a long time Miami just didnt know it . People are looking at the Sony and Cook situations wrong. It is going to come down to relationships with the staffs not wins or loses etc

they thought they were getting Bryant when he had been recruiting for FSU ?

Sorry dude there are two sides to a message board. People who can accept reality and move on and others that don't give up hope until Matthew Thomas is doing the Nole chop on ESPN signing day morning. People are saying Cook is getting paid so how is he going to end up at Miami? People are also saying Michel is getting paid/package deal with his brother so how is he going to end up at Miami. I see the writing on the wall but trust me I would be ecstatic if either chose the U and will be more than happy if yearby is the best RB in our class

I think we lost Sony because of Hurlie Brown. Not because hurlie is new or a bad coach but maybe Sony just wants to see how our RB's do this year. If his choice was based on the Rb coach at either school he clearly made the right choice. But if Duke win ACCPOTY or something crazy like that under Hurlie maybe Sony reconsiders.

So Sony is different from the hundred or something recruits who decommit per year justbecause he's Sony?

Not counting on Sony but how many recruits yearly decommit not just once but sometimes twice so why won't it happen again
