OT: Dalvin Cook Arrested?

After reading that report...

Stories of the witnesses are not consistent, nobody but the victim specifically saw dalvin cook punch her. Everyone was intoxicated. This dude skates.

And the victim couldn't identify the "hitter" until after he was pointed out to her on social media.

After reading that PCA any attorney worth his salt should make short work of this case.
 
You need to read it again. Rossi, a witness, who was not intoxicated, saw the entire thing and has testified.

I'm praying for a camera catching this! These thugs need to get put in jail!!

Rossi, a witness, who was not intoxicated, simply saw a black male throw a punch. Rossi, a witness, who was not intoxicated, could not identify Dalvin Cook after the event as the person he saw throw the punch. His testimony proves nothing more than the woman is not lying about falling on her face to lacerate her lip.

Not a slam dunk case. But not something easy to brush away either.

Rudolph and Patrick admitted to being party to the argument, and Rudolph said Cook was there. Someone in that group of 5-7 threw a punch, according to both the girl's face and the independent sober witness. If both the girl and her friend peg Cook for the punch, they're more credible than Cook/Rudolph/Patrick. Especially considering Patrick said Cook was upset about the altercation, but Cook denies remembering the confrontation at all.

Rossi didn't snitch...the PCA says He saw somebody punch her, but at a later date, He couldn't identify Cook, or anybody that was with Cook.

From what I am hearing from "my people" he was simply introducing a donkey punch to his girlfriend. This is just a big misunderstanding.

It is women who are the targets every time this animals are allowed out in public. Jimbo needs to keep them under lock and key.
 
I doubt he misses a down. Getting players free rides to abuse women is noles biggest recruiting pull. Remember some rb's mommy all excited that her boy would be able to rape him some honeys and Jimbo would protect him.
 
I remember when everyone wanted to convict Nigel Bethel, or was it Nigel Patton? I will not rush to judgment on this case.

Was actually neither. Complete misunderstanding. Some dude from west Texas named Patton Bethel clocked that girl. Those cowboys just wanted to lay blame on a poor Miami boy.
 
Look I am not suggesting I don't want terrible misfortunes to happen to our pseudo rivals. I am just calling it like I see it. There is not enough evidence, as that report stands to feel confident about this going anywhere. The fact that he is actually a good football player is going to get him the benefit of the doubt with the athletic department and head coach also.

Unless something incredibly damning comes out, he will not miss a snap unless it is a publicity show against texas state in week 1 to feign responsibility and accountability on the part of the AD and Jimbo in a game that they will win by 50 with or without him.
 
I doubt anything happens to Cook but if Jimbo ends up releasing him can he say he had to make a "bidness decision"
