OT: Dalvin Cook Arrested?

And the judge who has approved this expedient date is Augustus Aiken. Guess where the good judge went to school? Oh, that's right, FSU...

The filthy stench that comes from that town, school, law enforcement, and legal system is one of the most corrupt, if not the most in the entire country!

cant believe that a judge in Tallahassee went to a school in Tallahassee. unbelievable

just because he demanded a speedy trial doesn't mean there will ever be a trial. the state could still cut him a deal. but as someone stated the deal probably would have him pleading guilty and getting him tossed from the team hence his desire to have a trial. again as someone stated he is taking this to trial because he NEEDS to be acquitted or else he is gone.

i thought misdemeanor cases couldn't go to trail? i guess i was wrong but this is a waste of tax payers money both parties where wrong they need to throw this out.

How is punching a chick in the face a misdemeanor?

He did not punch a chick.. did you hear her 911 call?? Tally PD is so worried about perception that they charged this dude with a non-case. Only credible witness stated that the only punch thrown was by her against Travis Rudolph.. Another male tossed under the bus by ESPN

next move will be to waive jury trial

will they get jury trial waved?

Nothing to waive. It's 'The Defendant' legal right to choose a jury of his peers (Tallahasseeans from college town) or a Jurist of his school (FSU grad). Feministz: pick your poison! Either way, Dal's got the antidote.
