Pulling the race card is one of the most appalling tactics someone can use. However in this case, please use it and say it loud! Black guy fired with better record, stats and coaches. White devil keeps his job despite being inferior in every category. THE ADMINISTRATION ARE A BUNCH OF RACISTS IF THEY DON'T FIRE GOLDEN!!!!
 
You have to give Omar credit, he was right on Randy and Golden.
 
If Golden goes 7-5 and doesn't get fired how can it not be blatant racism? When Randy went 7-5 in year 4 he was immediately canned. He was seen as an unintelligent fool. Al Golden is as bad or worse on the field, but bc he talks like a white guy and not a black dude he should stay? Not gonna happen, would make the school look god awful.

As PC conscious as Donna is, I actually think using the race angle is the quickest way to get him fired. We are 5-7 in our last twelve games with all 7 losses being by double-digits. If AG was black, he would be out of a job.

That's a shame. Al has mismanaged the talent he has and is insistent on shuffling defensive players like it's a line change in hockey. Most teams let their 1's play nearly every snap and he just won't do it. Carter would be a better player if he was getting more time over Fentress.

In Golden's defense (no pun intended), most defenses aren't on the field for 45 minutes of a 60 min game. When your defense sucks as much as ours does, you need to rotate a lot. kind of a chicken and egg situation, but that's what you get with this passive horrifically bad defensive scheme these idiots insist on using.

I agree with you to an extent, but if we had better players on the field more consistently that should lead to being on the field less, as would having a competent DC and a defensive scheme that was developed around the skill sets of your players.

It was sarcasm to highlight how ineffectual or defensive scheme is.

This is the most painful defense to watch that I can ever remember. This arrogant ******* thinks he's smarter than everyone else in CFB, so he's sticking with this passive, stand and dance defense, rather than unleashing an aggressive attack-style that would dictate action rather than react. And the data has overwhelimingly shown - from his time at UVA, Temple, and clearly here - that it does not work.
 
If they finish 4 seasons with an almost identical performance, and the white, 'articulate' white coach keeps his job, while the black coach was run off before the bowl game, what's that mean then?

You're forgetting about the persistent clouds all over the S. Fla sky for the last 4 years.

Golden would have us believe that the clouds were worse than the actual sanctions of 31 scholarships Butch lost, bc clouds are nebulous and unknown. that unknown breeds a cancerous fear that can only be removed after a decade of mediocrity.

Mike Davis, Coleman and Langford ahead of duke. That's laughable.

Yeldon is a very good player. But he also plays behind an Oline that make his job extremely easy.

Duke, gurley and Abdullah carry a bunch of underachievers on their back every week and still usually get theirs.
