I once again got clowned and I said if he plays again Benny him saved him, he had structural damage along with another injury. I went as far to say that manny was obviously keeping the injury quiet for gamesmanship.

Oh well , I know theres always people just waiting for me to be wrong to finally be able to clown me. Luckily there is some folks like yourself.

Prayers for DERIQ king and his family, I must say , What a tremendous young man. I think we all pretty much know for a fact that he's going to be successful in whatever he does from this point out, but he deserves appreciation from this fanbase. He's an exemplary young man and hopefully his attitude has rubbed off on at least a few young men on the team , who will be here the next few years.keep pushing forward in LIFE , much love my young brother 💪🏿🙌🏿👍🏾🧡💚👍🏾🙏🏾
 
King brought much needed...everything...to this U and the QB room. Manny couldn't even remove his shine.
In the end - the OL killed him. Period.
Side note - chances are VERY high that our OL will kill at least one more starting QB...prepare your minds and hearts for the Rizk Show!

Maybe they don't suck, they just needed some time to break a new QB in.

You lose a QB, one you've trained and planned to use all off season, it's a big **** deal. It isn't an excuse for the plethora of problems we have, but if you're assessing the team, it's not an excuse but reality that the loss hurts your team.

Yes, fire Jimbo and send him straight over here. I'll take him over Manny 1000 out of 1000 times. He'll, I'd rather let Al Golden finish the season than watch another minute of this Manny corched debacle.

King gives Manny an excuse in terms of overall record. But, there's so many issues with the team that King's injury cannot be blamed for.

- Defense's poor tackling
- Poor defensive scheme
- WR consistently dropping the ball
- These poor starts early on in games
- PR/KR woes

So it was his second start, not his first. Granted his first was against a team I didn’t even know existed prior to the game but nonetheless it wasn’t the first time he took the field in a game. But ok let’s say we call that an “excusable loss”…. Are we excusing every one of the other 4 consecutive losses to P5 teams? Are we excusing losses to FIU, LaTech, Duke? Or giving up like 600 yards rushing to UNC.

I wanted Manny to succeed. I really did. He seemed like he got it and understood what it took even though he had never been a head coach before. I loved all the hype and “winning the off-season” every year. At the end of the day it’s a results business and he’s not getting it done and we need to find someone who can. I don’t think you can honestly say that you believe the trajectory of the program is moving in the right direction. If you can, send me some of whatever you are drinking when you watch our games.

We aren't excusing the rest of it.

Still, you have people ****ing on A&M (who lost their QB four games ago) and then all rah rah when they beat Bama.

I'm just pointing out that sometimes losing a QB can be a reason for a loss. It's not a season or multiple seasons of excuses, but it's a pretty **** big factor. Same as it was for A&M losing two before Bama.

Same as it was against Virginia.

Yes, this was his first start. I don't count that other team we faced the week before. He saw that in high school. He plays the first half like he did the second, we win that game.

None of this excuses Manny to this point though. He's made his bed.
