Important We Crush App St

How can they hang with anyone though? They have 1 4 star player and we simply out talent them all over the field. They said you should have no chance and its ok to get blown out in 17 mins because you are over matched. Not getting it.
They can hang because Manny Diaz, that’s why.

True fact: men who unironically use the word “pussified” on sports message boards get off by watching their wives get gangbanged.

Agree. Don’t understand the hesitancy/concern with App State. They’re a sunbelt team that’s only known for an upset they pulled 14 years ago. Their best win since 2016 was against an 8-5 Wake Forest squad back in 2017. Funny enough, if you look at their board, they think they win on Saturday and that it boosts their “up and coming” program. I disagree, I think we win comfortably. If we don’t and struggle, or if we somehow lose, it’s curtains for Manny.
I mean, App is ranked higher than more than half the ACC according to most computer models, including UVA.

If you watch App, and are familiar with them, you'd know why some people say it won't be easy. You guys "rolled" UAB 31-14 last year. To close 2019 App beat UAB 31-17, finishing the game on a 31-3 run. Beat UNC who you lost to, beat USC who had beaten UGA. In 2018 it was taking Penn State to OT, after App held a 38-31 lead with 30 seconds left. There is a history of success here, and against like opponents, it would seem the teams are even.

We will see. I think Miami's chip from the Alabama game is going to be what drives this game good or bad. Are guys pressing? Did they prep harder than usual? Are they looking forward to Michigan State, who App would be favored to beat, because they are in the Big 10? Time will tell.

Also, 85 degrees at 9 PM is ridiculous and that may end up being the deciding factor of the game by the 4th quarter.

Miami gets a huge game on the ground, specifically from King.

You should read it sometime. It doesn't say what you think it says.
Let me get this straight, the Canes have produced nothing but hot garbage for 20 years, gave up 143 points over the last 3 games under Manny, and even though we expected a loss to bama, weren't even competitive, you want him to dig through that pile of dung to find and post only about the positives? And then you claim doing anything else is actually a violation of the US Constitution? You cannot beat the dollar value of entertainment in here.

Until we come out and dominate a team, I’m walking on pins and needles. Other than FSU last year, diaz will always limp into victories. Hope I’m wrong

Are you not entertained?????

I fully expect #5 for App State to have his way with Ivey or Hall if they are left to cover him.

App State throws alot of eye candy at defenses and we love that stuff. I fully expect our defense to give up some good yardage thru the air, as always.

Offensively we should have our way, unless Lashlee comes out with his BS again

What does it say about freedom of speech? Lmao.

That CONGRESS shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech. The First Amendment applies to the government, not to individuals or corporations or employers.

Not to mention that every clause of the First Amendment has well-known exceptions where Congress (and/or the government) actually CAN abridge First Amendment rights.

But you keep right on believing that you have an unlimited right to say what you want as long as you aren't "endangering anyone". You don't have that right, but it's amusing to watch people insist that they do.

Ah, yes, the transitive property of college football. Team A beat Team B who beat Team C. Always fun to deal with that logic.

And computer models rule and UCF won a National Championship. On and on it goes.

I don't think many people are saying it will be "easy". Instead, we have been talking about Miami's NEED to run up a big win to rebuild momentum on our season and distance ourselves from the bad taste of Alabama.

If you think that "it would seem the teams are even", that's your choice.

This is friggin' hilarious. Where do you come up with these nutty gems? I never said any such thing, but I'm still laughing about the fact that you actually typed out that sentence.

So no law shall be passed to restrict freedom of speech doesn't refer to the freedom of its citizens to speak freely. Lmao ok.

Also will you show me where it gives our government the right to restrict speech.

ILL WAIT.

The guys who wrote it just fought a tyrannical government and formed a document so that it would never happen in this country.

You clearly have no idea what youre talking about.

Any restrictions on freedom of speech is tyranny. Plain and simple.

Ok, then what did you say regarding free speech and how crossover doesn't understand it?

You're so right. I learned nothing about the First Amendment in law school.

Plenty of governmental restrictions on all of the rights in the First Amendment. Look it up sometime. As just one example, the "anti-riot" law just passed in Florida is a governmental limit on the Freedom of Assembly. And, yes, it is being challenged on First Amendment grounds, and it may or may not pass muster. And it may eventually be amended to hew closer to the First Amendment. But it's still a limitation on Freedom of Assembly.

In full disclosure, I will provide you with an explanation FROM WIKIPEDIA (certain crybabies on this board are dismissive of Wikipedia quotes), and I do so because the Wikipedia explanation is brief and simplistic. If I thought you could handle a law review article, I would provide that, but this should be enough: "In the United States, some categories of speech are not protected by the First Amendment. According to the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Constitution protects free speech while allowing limitations on certain categories of speech. Categories of speech that are given lesser or no protection by the First Amendment (and therefore may be restricted) include obscenity, fraud, child pornography, speech integral to illegal conduct, speech that incites imminent lawless action, speech that violates intellectual property law, true threats, and commercial speech such as advertising. Defamation that causes harm to reputation is a tort and also an exception to free speech."

Again, you really don't understand the Constitution or the First Amendment as you claimed you did. Or the meanings of words. The First Amendment prohibits Congress (and government) from abridging the Freedom of Speech. It doesn't matter what YOU THINK IT SAYS, it doesn't say that. Your employer is certainly entitled to restrict your speech. Businesses are certainly entitled to restrict your speech.

The fact that you don't know that is...illuminating...
