Alot of this stuff you read in the local papers is clearly click bait. When you see things like, "Miami-Dade planning first major evacuation in 12 years" on the front page of the Herald, you would think its all of Miami but its shoddy journalism as only Miami Beach and the Keys are being evacuated. Some of these media outlets are spreading panic throughout the city but for some reason NOT ONE wants to put they dyck on the table and call this thing..They are all speaking in generic, broad range terms with those dumba$$ spaghetti forecasts. Starting to **** me off.
I agree with all your points. The only thing is that, about the forecast, weather is the most complex scientific thing to forecast even the best scientists in the world, with the fastest and most powerful supercomputers, cannot accurately predict were hurricane is going more than a couple of days ahead of time, if that. This thing could even be turning to the Atlantic and not even touch Florida. The models are literally all over the place. It's not anyone's fault, it's the fact that a hurricane has so many different factors, hundreds of factors, that dictate it's movement, and no one has found a reliable way of taking all those different factors and making a super accurate prediction.
