The tire stuff was out of line and definitely seems racist. I really don’t know if he is a racist or not, I don’t know what’s in his heart, and I’m not going to get into that

The other stuff, calling Goodell the *** slurs and all that, it’s still pretty common when guys get together. I’m talking about guys of all political parties, liberals, conservatives, all races. It’s still pretty prevalent I’m not saying it’s right, but it’s prevalent in conversation, but not in written communication.

I think the problem is a lot of these coaches don’t have any kind of professional management sense, they’ve never taken a management course, nor do they have any kind of continuing education for communication in their area of employ.

People can talk shlt all they want about large Fortune 100 corporations, but one thing they do right, especially as you move up the ladder, they train you to communicate.

But even common sense, just reading the news every once in a while, will teach you you don’t put stuff like this in writing. A joke I might tell you in private about a priest, a rabbi, and a tranny walking into a bar, is not something I would put into an email or a tweet or a text.

I wonder what coach advocated to draft those minorities? It wasn't just the GM my friend. Jon Gruden took a liking to those young black men yet we're just goggling down the narrative being shoved in our faces.

I agree with you that Gruden should be fired under the current landscape of politics at work and especially the NFL. I'm just saying the current landscape sucks and is hypocritical, hence my last post and example.

A few years ago rumors leaked that Gruden was going to be the UM HC

A few months ago Colin Cowherd specifically said UM needs to hire a HC with NFL experience

A few weeks ago Kirk Herbstreit lit up the UM admin for not caring about football and investing in the program

A few hours ago Jon Gruden became available

It's stupid to put it in a place where it can be easily attributed to you and is in WRITING.

No rational human being should be expressing these thoughts period, but it takes a special kind of douchebag to say this crap in an email and send it to colleagues and people in their industry. We know that there are a ton of bigots working in sports(This is America, bigotry is part and parcel of the experience), most aren't stupid enough to express these thoughts in public or in writing.

Well Freeze already has another opportunity, Meyer is still coaching the Jags, I don’t think there’s any controversy involving Herman is there (?), and I don’t know what the fūck happened to Petrino but he’s dog meat. Nobody wants him.

As far as Gruden, he’ll probably get back into coaching at some point in the near future, he might go do an analyst thing at Alabama or something like that but no way he settled for that his ego is too big. And I don’t see him as being a college guy.

His best shot would’ve been back into the fold as an analyst/commentator on the worldwide leader, but they won’t touch him because they’re more PC than universities.
