The article basically says that everyone needs to be on the same page when dealing with the football players from the top to the bottom... That's his number one priority/key to success.

Talk about a coach ****ting on a celebration.Those kids bust their *** for Frost to grab a victory and now he’s going into the locker room to **** all over their celebration telling them he’s headed to Nebraska.
****** move by Nebraska not to wait till tomorrow to announce the hire and if Frost was a decent person he’d tell Nebraska go FcK themselves for doing it and go to Oregon.
Just hate it for the kids when coaches do this ****.

Here’s a nice one for the turds, the most underachieving football program in the history of college football.
UCF, which has only been playing football for a few years, finishes the regular season undefeated.
Let that sink in. I don’t care about UCF. But the Florida gaturds have never had an undefeated season.
Never.
Not once.
Ever.
In 100 years of playing football in the most talent rich state in the nation. Not once have they ever managed an undefeated season.
What a record of futility and mediocrity.
Those of you that post on their site, please be sure to remind them of this. They should be embarrassed and humiliated.
