NO.. NO NO NO NONO NO.. NO NO NO NONONO.. NO NO NO NONONO.. NO NO NO NONO

Wtf!!!! Njoku if groomed properly can be a SICK receiver.. with his height, hands and ability to jump so high it would be close to impossible to cover him!

If by groomed properly you mean starved then he could possibly remain at WR.

If this doesn't work out and he's not the next Rocky McIntosh, I mean, he could just be moved back to WR next week, right?

Not seeing what the big deal is. I dont think this is analogous to Bryan Monroe having play WR during the spring

If he can help us at a position of need, what is the issue. He wasn't going to play at WR and he will improve our athleticism on D. I'm excited to see what he can do.

Dion Jordan was also recruited as a jumbo sized WR, moved to defense and fit perfectly at SAM.

Getting your unique, rare type athletes on defense is what we should be doing.

If he has the physicality and toughness to play defense, he'll make a bigger impact than as an undersized TE.

Try it out, see if it sticks. He's playing specials this year either way.

I'm convinced some of you guys could **** a supermodel and when your buddies ask you about it afterwards you would enthusiastically start ****ing about a mole you found on the bottom of her left foot. I'm not into the preachy anti-mope thing but some of you ******** need to smoke a joint and calm down.

All of this and especially the last part

I for one hope he sticks. He has the physical tools to be a beast of a LB just like he does to be a WR or TE. He will end up being 6'4 240-250 beast who could cover anything that comes across the middle. I don't know if he has the attitude and mindset for defense but if he does he could be downright scary.

Plus it seems like the staff wants to bring in a lot of big WRs so it's not like would be the only red zone threat, we have other big guys who can do that.

He could be very good at SAM, at 6'4 he has prototypical length. He is a superior athlete, so he will have no problem flipping his hips and covering a TE. He has really good hands, so he should catch INT's when in position. Also with his jumping ability, when he can't make the sack, he should be able to bat down a lot of passes.

it's screws with the development. hopefully it doesn't turn into switching back and forth like with dye, perry, crawford and whomever else they switched back and forth.

relax! not implying that any of those guys would of been all-americans. just saying if there was any chance in the world that they would contribute, flip-flopping them around only stunted there growth and development IMHO

Translation: I was going to redshirt anyway and we don't have many LBs, so I figure I can help out and be a body, while proving to the coaches I'm a team guy. Then, they'll hopefully move me back to position I came to play. Also, no more ******* questions.

This dude is the type of guy who keeps growing. The guy will literally have to go on a diet in order to stay under 250. A Sam at his size, length and speed will be ridiculous. If he doesn't embrace it, he'll move to TE like we all thought.

God some of you would have really hated it when Butch was here.
He moved all the freshmen to different positions for a few days just to see what they could do.
