Cormani vs Damari

Deion said Cormani is progressing slowly but surely. It sounds like he has an issue with confidence which is kind of surprising for such a highly regarded kid.

Man, I was on the fence, but that one clip showed me he's going to be a bust.

Said nobody ever except the haters on CIS.

Show me a corner who never gets beat.

He seemed to get stuck in his turn though and didn't look to have much makeup speed. Either that big *** dude catching the ball is a freak with great speed or Cormani knew he was beat and didn't give it his all to catch up.

That was Colorado practicing? Looked more like a JV HS practice
Fun facts about Colorado per the roster comparison I did a few weeks ago:

- No blue chip players on the offensive line
- Seven true freshman at wide receiver
- Eight running backs
- Tight end has no blue chip players
- Shemar’s backups are two mid tier 3 star true freshmen
- Only five cornerbacks

You can see on the videos they put out that Deion treats him differently. He’s pretty hard on most of his DB’s, but he really tries to reassure Cormani when he messes up.
He knows Cormani can easily leave, unlike the other elite CB who already used his transfer. He also only has three other corners on the roster.

I remember after he committed here that it was said on a podcast something to the effect of that he was not an instant starter, and that he needed a year. He’s going to play a ton at Colorado though, and any development or strength issues will be immediately exposed.
