My top guys:

- John DeFilippo - OC Minnesota Vikings. Was a CFB coach at San Jose St (Qb/OC) as recently as 2011.
- Matt LaFleur - OC Tennessee Titans. Was Sean McVays OC the first year for the Rams. Was a CFB coach as recently as 2014 (QB coach at ND).
- Matt Campbell - HC Iowa St. Has been named B12 COY twice.
- Neal Brown - HC Troy. Got Troy ranked for first time ever. Upset LSU.
- Gary Patterson - HC TCU.
- Urban Meyer - POS former HC tOSU. Don't like him at all. But he's a National Champions Coach.

Other Solid Options:

- Mike Leach - HC Washington St.
- Lane Kiffin - HC FAU.
- Dino Babers - HC Syracuse.
- Mario Cristobal - HC Oregon.
- Kliff Kingsbury - OC USC.
- Manny Diaz - HC Temple.
- Mike Norvell - HC Memphis.
- PJ Fleck - HC Minnesota.
- Eric Bieniemy - OC Kansas City Chiefs. Was a CFB coach at Colorado (OC) as recently as 2012.
- Kris Richard - DB coach Cowboys.
- Mike Groh - OC Eagles. Was WR coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Bama in 2012.

Larry Johnson - DL tOSU.

Mario could win the PAC 12 and still possibly miss the playoff.
Urban has no job.
Butch is the one who will do the begging.

Nah, you hire innovators as assistants. We need stop the recruiting Ls we take on the trail. Look what Saban just did to Lincoln Riley.
 
Say what you will but , IF you truly want to win BIG, and if we want it done quickly .....making a choice between Urban and any other candidate is an easy one to make.

However you feel about him, the truth is, NO other candidate can match his proven abilities...and with anyone else we're taking a chance.

Why not try to get the real deal??

At the very least we should ask him what would it take.

Pirate or Lane Train are only ones I want. We will put up basketball scores.

Mario wont leave if that buy-out is the correct 10mil being reported. Diaz will be next up if either of the coaches fail in 3 yrs

you have to at least ask, you have to. There is no reason to not test the waters on that retirement...
