He keeps getting looked over and all he does is win at small to mid-sized Power 5 programs and overachieve with lesser talent. He is a brilliant offensive mind and has extensive experience as a CEO.

Agree. Need to look at next tier. Talented high scoring OCs or offensive CEOs at small to mid sized Power 5 schools. Babers fits bill, but don’t see him coming here.
