Cam contemplating going pro

But past Miami players would actually win something before bolting. These kids now win nothing and leave early to be undrafted, then walk around with no degree because “chasing that check” was more important than taking the correct road to success.
Don't forget: Some of these kids need the check.

hes a RB. their pro careers are barely 4 years. he should absolutely go and get that check. coming back a year wont actually help esp with the split carries and itll just add tread to the tires. **** get picked up and catch on to a team. from there, its on him. hes got the talent. every draft eligible RB should leave after 3. put your fandom away
He needs to stay... probably won't get drafted at this point

Yearby at least had a 1k season. Cam has 1,300 as a career and no consistency
Different offense different comparison. Yearby ran like a 4.8 at the pro day and his strength numbers were pedestrian at best. Cam will excel with the numbers.

Why does that always seem to be the excuse for Miami kids and not others around the country? There is more than enough public assistance out there to bridge any gap for them financially. Everybody else finds ways to get it done, but for some odd reason, Miami football players can’t.

He should leave, there are more talented backs behind him. If he's upset about playing time this year, he'll be even more upset next year.
This....although it'd benefit us depth wise if he came back...but yeah, if he felt disrespected this year while our TEAM was sitting at like 6-1, ion wanna say it but IMO he becomes a major problem if and WHEN he loses his starting RB job to Chaney/Knighton in 2021. He might be the 3rd best RB on the team if he comes back. If he does leave though we need to bring in a portal RB unless Burns is committed to coming back...3 RB isn't going to work

My son is dealing with COVID related recruiting now and a lot of these coaches say the kids who attempt to do what you say Harris should do for his last year will find it hard to get landing spots for their senior year of eligibility because of the zero year.
Cam has 2 years of eligibility left not one. No issue for next year as he shoud remain a Cane then move on in his last year of eligibility to another school or he could turn pro. Get that degree!!!

Best wishes for your son!!!

One of the main issues with Cam is he adds ZERO special teams value. I've never seen him doing anything but playing running back and he's very average doing that. If he comes back I'd be surprised
