You wanna know what really makes Coley look slappy?

Not last year's offense, the offense before that!

Duke (all-time leading rusher at UM)
Hurns (NFL starter, leading rookie receiver)
Dorsett (1st round pick)
Flowers (1st round pick)
Feliciano (4th round pick)
Linder (NFL starter)
Henderson (NFL starter)
Walford (3rd round pick)

LMAO^

There's offenses with half that talent that **** on our production.

Well they were 7-0 going into the FSU game where they lost Duke for rest of the year. That had lost Dorsett 2 games prior against UNC.

With Dallas Crawford at RB and hobbled Morris at QB we lost 4 of the last 6. We had a great OL that year but all the skilled positions were injured except for Hurns who had a breakout season and Walford who was not that much of a factor. Morris had no mobility and did not check down enough to help keep drives alive. Had Duke not of gotten injured I think we could have gone 11-2 that year instead of 9-4.

Duke (all-time leading rusher at UM) - injured against FSU and lost for the rest of the season.
Hurns (NFL starter, leading rookie receiver) - injured in last games against Louisville
Dorsett (1st round pick) - hurt during game 6 against UNC, non factor rest of season
Flowers (1st round pick)
Feliciano (4th round pick)
Linder (NFL starter)
Henderson (NFL starter)
Walford (3rd round pick) - was very average in 2013, Morris did not utilize his TEs.

Great write-up Pete.

Why is Guy Thomas listed as attending SJB Academy in Miami on 247sports? Never heard of that hs before. And I'm curious.

Saint Jean Baptiste Leadership Academy is a school started by Mike Tunsil and Jon "Genron" Drummond. Thomas did not transfer there as was rumored

So ole Slave Trader Seller of Men got his our boat, I mean school now?

Since Pete alluded to it in his post, it bears repeating that first-round pick Phillip Dorsett touched the ball just 3 times per game last season. Easy to overlook that alarming stat with the overall ineptitude of our coaching staff, but that's an embarrassment.

PD scored way to fast for Al. Al needed our offense to defend his defense and quick scores just does not cut it. Oh, and Brad can throw more than just go routes so there were choices. But mostly I am sure Al wanted slow long drives. If was negative fans causing problems with 3rd down that upset everything.

Coley is a massive dip**** whose rampant dip****tery has remained almost completely under the radar because he's on the same staff as Dorito and the rest of Golden's other 'tard hires.

Listen it wasn't Coley's fault, we were just in too many 3rd and longs because the players weren't executing. If they just executed the bubble screens better S. Coley would've been a 1000 receiver last year.

Whatchu got on Djoku, Reezy?

He's ready to make an impact. I like the tight ends group a lot. None of them are Clive but they can all play a role.

Djoku's issue last year was the playbook. Brad loves him

Here is Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson in the same mask as he trains for the upcoming season. The mask restricts your breathing strengthening the lungs.

This mask is 100% bull**** and there is zero piece of evidence that supports that it has benefits. in fact I could post links that will shoiw you that it has negative impact.

But it looks cool in selfies. That's all that really matters. Some people probably wear them when they're waiting in line at 4am for a sneaker to be released. 2 birds 1 stone. Rise and grind.

The injuries certainly didn't help, but that 7-0 record was incredibly misleading with Miami barely squeaking by any team with a pulse (with the exception of GT who they beat by 15). GT and UNC were the only two schools in those first 7 games that finished with a winning record and both of them finished at 7-6. Miami had no business being ranked in the top 10 after those first 7 games and anyone actually watching the team play knew it.

After the FSU game, the only other team they beat that had a winning record was Pitt at 7-6. Anyone they played that was good (loosely defined here as 8 or more wins) not only beat them, but beat them by at least 18 points. The 2013 team was not a good team injuries or not.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd be interested in reading about the positives and negatives of those masks. Post 'em up breh.

What Genron fails to mention is that he means Hollywood, FL.

I'm wearing the mask! I'm seeing if it helps me shout any louder! Stop with the Butch Davis talk! If Golden doesn't get a 9-10 win season, then let's discuss who's next up. I would say that Coley is a joke, but joke's are funny. I like that we're considered an underdog this year! Go Canes!

And what does he mean by new produce? Is he getting into the GMO game?

When will the going gooey about uniforms stop? I don't care if Canes go barefoot and wear yoga pants if they can win football games.

01Canes: If you go back and watch a lot of our games, Dorsett was wide open a lot and Kaaya either missed him or they had scripted plays for him. Dorsett easily could've caught 50-60 balls for 1400 yrds. I mean he was gassing folks out there.

Sorry, but the only exception to Article 4 section H is for a kicker or some sort of brace. Otherwise socks must be worn.

Is Joe Brown the only Al Golden special that worked ?

1. Thurston Armbrister
2. Walter Tucker
3. Corn Elder

All worked

So now the legend is going to be that 4 star, plus athlete Elder was a "project" or a scrap heap guy?

And what has Tucker done to exceed his athletic ability? The guy was a champion track athlete and a very productive RB the year Sony was hurt. So far, he's been a sparingly used backup who hasn't made a play.

Its amazing how quick people jump to take offense to anything......
