Great write-up Pete.

Why is Guy Thomas listed as attending SJB Academy in Miami on 247sports? Never heard of that hs before. And I'm curious.

Saint Jean Baptiste Leadership Academy is a school started by Mike Tunsil and Jon "Genron" Drummond. Thomas did not transfer there as was rumored

Ah, wonderful. Jon "Genron" Drummond, the esteemed educator and recruiting facilitator, is in on the ground floor of another institution of higher learning - this is a joke, right? Only in America. And love the name, SJB Leadership Academy.

He's a rodent. He scatters away from trouble and finds a new home to feed off of.

That OL scares the **** out of me!

You combine that O Line with the worst coaching staff in America and it's the only reason you'd ever project a University of Miami team with a schedule as easy as the one we have this year to finish somewhere around .500

The state of the ******* program is a joke. Jerome Brown is probably rolling over in his grave.

As much as i detest the staff, i actually trust Kehoe. He's proven that he can coach guys up - something that most of the staff hasn't been able to do.

I like Beard, too -- he's going to end up a coaching star when it's all said and done.

Coley is good, but i want to see BK's maturation. Everyone else can go

That is Mike Tunsil and Jon Drummonds newly created academy. They are back in business keeping kids eligible. Pretty hysterical considering Drummond is the head of curriculum...

Is this real or a joke?
Liter of Men is a science teacher?
Wow.

You say "Liter" of men? image.jpg

Since Pete alluded to it in his post, it bears repeating that first-round pick Phillip Dorsett touched the ball just 3 times per game last season. Easy to overlook that alarming stat with the overall ineptitude of our coaching staff, but that's an embarrassment.

That this collection of people can get certified to take kids through a stage in their development as important as high school is astounding. No wonder the US is stupid as ****.

Whatchu got on Djoku, Reezy?

He's ready to make an impact. I like the tight ends group a lot. None of them are Clive but they can all play a role.

Djoku's issue last year was the playbook. Brad loves him

Here is Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson in the same mask as he trains for the upcoming season. The mask restricts your breathing strengthening the lungs.

This mask is 100% bull**** and there is zero piece of evidence that supports that it has benefits. in fact I could post links that will shoiw you that it has negative impact.

Coley is absolute garbage. I'd argue he's just as bad at what he does as Golden/Onfrio are....you have to look at what a coach does WITH THE TALENT HE HAS AT HIS DISPOSAL.

Our best talent over the last 2 years has been on the OFFENSIVE SIDE OF THE BALL.

I'll say this right now...if Golden is hopefully finally fired after this year and Coley is RETAINED...I'm done with this program.

Just one of the MANY issues I have with Coley. Using certain guys, with certain traits, in the wrong way was another huge issue.

Let me repeat it very clearly...Coley is pound for pound just as bad at what he does as Golden and Onfrio. All 3 are an abomination and all 3 need to go. I'm seeing more and more people defending Coley, the OC. Coley, the OC, is at best a below average play caller.

Couldn't agree more. Coley needs to learn to do what every decent OC does against us... Take what the D gives him. Find weaknesses and exploit them. It's not hard when you have the talent we have at the skill positions. Also, if we convert 3rd downs at an AVERAGE rate, I bet we win at least 2 more games last year. Coley has never proven his O can convert 3rd downs, and that has to change this year or we're in for a very, very long season. If we can be in the top 2-3 in the ACC in 3rd down conversions, we WILL win the Coastal. We can not keep converting 29% of our 3rd downs and expect to win more than 50% of our games.

You wanna know what really makes Coley look slappy?

Not last year's offense, the offense before that!

Duke (all-time leading rusher at UM)
Hurns (NFL starter, leading rookie receiver)
Dorsett (1st round pick)
Flowers (1st round pick)
Feliciano (4th round pick)
Linder (NFL starter)
Henderson (NFL starter)
Walford (3rd round pick)

LMAO^

There's offenses with half that talent that **** on our production.

Couldn't convert 3rd downs in 2013 either... Very disturbing trend that must change.

It absolutely boggles my mind that anyone would defend Coley, the playcaller. He's one of the worst we've had in recent memory when you take into account the weapons he's had to work with.

If you wanna argue he has the attitude and charisma to maybe someday be a Head Coach....I'd accept that argument before I even attempt to listen to anyone who defends him as an OC. He's an absolutely horrible play caller. If anyone still thinks FSU let him go by accident they need to watch more football, or read a book...or something.

I'm sure coley is bad but golden micro-manages him too.

Bottom line, why are we still discussing tis staff after a 6-7 season while Butch Davis is doing sirius radio. wtf
