Your Coaching Wishlist for 2015

Dammit mane we coulda had Gus. TWICE.

I'm gonna watch Kliff closely this year.

I'd take a look at Scott Frost, too.

I also think this is a little premature. This administration has a track record for taking too long to make the right decision.

AT LEAST one more full season with Golden....and we're going to need a stinker of a season to help expedite the process.

So in short, we're back to rooting for losses ala Randy's last year here. FML.

Don't know about this. His career path is basically the same as Randy's at UM, and Randy got fired his fourth year after having very similar records to Golden's first 3 years. People say the admin is in love with Golden, and I have no idea if that's true, but I do know that Randy had a lot of old-time UM football people behind him, and still got fired.

True words. I just think Golden has bought himself one more season because of the cloud, and because he bull****s better than Randy. I think they will force him to fire Dorito though as a half assed attempt

Valid points. I guess all we can do is hope that if he loses more than other game this season, that it snowballs and he's gone.

****** thing is you know we won't. He has manipulated the schedule something fierce. Just more bull**** on his side. ******* guy standing up there talking about why we should be afraid of Bama or feel inferior, yet we schedule the most pathetic OOC games possible, along with playing in a pathetic division. Just more fodder for the mighty bull****ter. **** I wish Penn State was Louisville. But unfortunately for us, Penn State has an academic reputation and despite being handed the stiffest penalties of our generation, knew they wouldn't have to settle for Al ******* Golden.

I think Schiano would be the safest hire. He's coached and recruited in SoFla. He knows the culture. He knows X's & O's. He can build a defense.

Not an inspired hire, but I think he would work out.

Personally I want an up-and-coming offensive mind that can fully utilize the south Florida talent, but obvious gurus like Gus don't grow on trees.

Gimme an NFL guy. Haven't hired one since 1994 and it shows. We havent had a single HC or staff that can take a professional approach to building, teaching, and scheming football since 2000! Fifteen seasons of amateurs. **** Kliff Hollywoodbury, **** Chad Morris, **** Pruitt or any young cat that is a hot name. Get me a rough, tough, no bull****, FOOTBALL COACH who has got decades of experience at the highest levels. Thats what this goddam job needs. Sack up, spend some money and get a real football coach in here. We did it in '78 and we need to do it again. Anything else is too risky at this point.

I would actually prefer a Defensive coach who also isn't conservative offensively. It's why I like Stoops. Plus he has been here and knows how to recruit.

Either way I just want someone who attacks other teams and not the other way around like the current staff

Yep. Even in year 4, we still look scared out there. Like our guys are waiting for the game to start and they're terrified of making a mistake.

I'm fine either way. I just think it's easier to field solid defenses with South Florida talent. We're making it WAY harder than it needs to be by dropping 8 guys 35% of the time and **** like that.

1. Recruit well
2. Disguise cover 1/cover 3
3. Profit

Schiano is a complete lateral move. Clearly some of you never saw a Bucs game the past few years.

My short-list (in no particular order):
Butch
Chudzinski
Schiano

I want a coach that knows what it means to play UM football.

We don't need to Penn State South.

Chudzinski is probably the riskiest pick of the three.

Narduzzi is the move, his entire ******* defense is centered around the ol Canes for ***** sake.
