Yo if we get Lane and Cook we wont need a defense, imagine if we pulled Amari **** that would of been ridiculous with Stacey Coley OMG. Even with Coop Bama would have a hard time dealing with us especially with the great OL recruiting lately. Duke Yearby Lane Coley Cook, I wont even care whos fkin throwing the ball it wont matter. This class could potentially put us back where we are suppose to be. Just get a new D cor. and we are in great shape.

Negged for bringing up Cooper.

IOU 1 more neg for typing "OMG"

The only relevance of Amari Cooper is that Cristobal's pitch will obviously be "Amari is the best WR in the land, you can learn for a year from him and even benefit from teams doubling him during his Junior (last) season, and you'd immediately make a huge splash like he did."

Miami's counter to that needs to be quick and strong: "We play 3 and even 4WR much of the time, Duke Johnson's last year will allow things to be open over the top for you...Oh, and Alabama will give you diseases and ruin your professional career."

Playing opposite S. Coley can't be too bad either, not to mention Malcolm, and his boy Herb

you think dorsett leaves early?

Dorsett only had good games against the mediocre teams. Against Kansas State, Notre Dame, Florida State, Virginia Tech, UNC = he had 11 catches for 112 yards. For those 5 games, he averaged 22.4 yards a game and 2.2 catches.

I just don't see the talk of him leaving early based off of his games performances so far. I would need to see better production in big time games instead of padding stats in games with mismatches.

Lane is the elite playmaker we need. PAir him with Coley and there isn't a secondary that can cover both of them, and oh yeah, we have Waters, Lewis, Dorsett, and Scott as well. That's some sick talent at WR.

Dude, we don't NEED any more playmakers at receiver lol

God forbid Griffin gets into school, we've got TE's AND WR. Our passing game should be fine.

I don't see him leaving early either but gotta give him credit for the huge huge improvement he made in one year. If he can keep that progress up, he is going to have a big year even with the competition.

Scary that Lane could be better than all of them. He has put on quite a bit of weight and you can see how easy it is for him when he is going 100%.

Hes clearly the best as soon as he steps foot at UM, and the crazy thing is thats a team with Coley on it. We gotta keep reloading if we want to win, Lane needs to stay home.

At first I didn't know too much about S. Coley recently. I knew he committed but I didn't watch his highlights or anything. Yesterday I watched Coley's highlights for the first time and I was impressed but what impresssed me more was watching the SFE with Coley making Burns, Howard, and Bush look silly. It was crazy!

I'll look at Lane's SFE later today.

Griffin, Lane, Coley is going to be straight crazy. Coupled with Yearby, Elder. Dobbard. We are legitimate on offense. I believe the D will be lights out not this year but 2014 with all of Golden's guys.

Lane is one of the guys I want the most but I agree that we don't need him as bad as others since we've done well recruiting WR's.

That said, we don't want to see a kid like this leave town.

It all comes down to winning games. He likes Bama because they win. There is no other reason why a SFLA kid would want to spend 3-4 years in Tuscaloosa. If we show the kid we're on our way back by at least making the ACC CG, he's ours IMO.

He seems like he likes to represent his city when he goes to camps and whatnot. So he's obviously proud of where he's from. But he's smart and he can see Amari doing well up there and their program has been on top.

I agree that him and Coley together would just be nasty. Especially with all the other guys we have there. Hopefully, he sees that as well.

We have to win 9 or 10 games, with the ACCCG and then play in the Orange Bowl at home where it SHOULD be 90/10 UM with all the recruits on the sideline

You can never have too many WR's, and agree that Lane will likely be the best of the bunch when it's all said and done.

we beat UF at home with every top prospect in attendance and everything else will fall into place

Rudolph, Moten, Clark, Cook, Yearby, Darling, Phillips, Dixon, Lane, Lammons are guys just off the top of my head locally who makes sense at the game

True story right here.
Take the best players that you can get. Sometimes that can cover up defeciencies. It don't matter that we are stacked at WR. **** we were stacked at receiver before Coley, Griffin, Came in. Now we are really stacked at receiver. May the best man win.
