Are we all committed to saying we need to win the ACC next year?
Winning the ACC will come down to the OFFENSIVE LINE and whom ever wins the starting QB position! hUh. No ifs, buts or what ever.

Major questions at QB, OL, potentially DL.
The floor should be 9-3.
Beat LSU, win at least 10 games and the Coastal, and be competitive with Clemson win or lose which has us in the top 4 debate and gets us a Big 6 Bowl at a minimum. Beyond that...
- better qb play
- being able to run the ball WHEN WE NEED TO
- have a shut down defense
- improved special teams
Any word on who the 4th non-conference opponent will be?
LSU 9/2
Open Date 9/8
@ Toledo 9/15
FIU 9/22
The rest of the schedule is TBA
Home:
Duke
NC
Pitt
FSU
Away:
GT
UVA
V Tech
BC
Not sure what makes this schedule so much harder than this year's, although we do have some holes to fill on OL and DL.
The QB position will be either the return of Rosier or N'kosi steps up. Hopefully this is settled during the Spring.

U forgot to mention the over weight elephant in the Cane locker room. The Cane offensive line is AVERAGE at best. And that includes the returning O-line starters from this season. So until the Canes have a dominate, NASTY offensive line, the Canes will have a difficult time winning the ACC championship game. hUh.
The schedule in 2018, like 2017, is easy. Miami is the class of the field again in the Coastal and should win. Below find the Out of Conference schedules of Power 5 teams that Play Miami next season. FSU, VT and Pitt dominating and going undefeated against their OOC opponents may help Miami’s Strength of schedule and record.
Miami - LSU, @Toledo, FIU, Savannah St
FSU - Samford, Northern Illinois, @Independent team, Florida
@VT - W&M, E. Car, @Old Dominion, Independent team
@BC - UMass, Holy Cross, @Kansas, Purdue
@GT - Alcorn St, USF, Bowling Green, @UGA
@UVA - Richmond, @Indiana, Ohio, Liberty
UNC - @Cal, @E. Car, UCF, W. Car
Duke - Army, Northwestern, @Baylor, UNC-Central
Pitt - Albany, PSU, @UCF, @Independent team
LSU - Miami, Southeastern Louisiana, Louisiana Tech, Rice
Go figure. Because with the exception of Miami, LSU's schedule is SOFT! For instance, I believe both Rice and SE La. were in ESPN's BOTTOM 10 and what not.The schedule in 2018, like 2017, is easy. It seems mighty LSU's non-conference schedule is a typical SEC non-conference.Go figure. Because with the exception of Miami, LSU's schedule is SOFT! For instance, I believe both Rice and SE La. were in ESPN's BOTTOM 10 and what not.
Acccg or bust every year. We should play in the championship game the next 5+ years consecutively.
Idk what the schedule is like for next season but in my mind, 10 games and coastal champs is the bar.
Are we all committed to saying we need to win the ACC next year?
Can't speak for anybody else but yes I think that's fair.
Some very important **** has to happen this offseason for that to happen but with recruiting going as it is and the trajectory this team is on if we resolve our QB and continue to grow it is attainable.
IMO if we are starting new players at QB, WR, RB, and OL/DL then ACCCG and a NY6 bowl would be fine for me. I do not expect to be in the playoffs until 2019 depending on who stays.
Edit: I would also like to see our Offense improve and actually take over a game for once. I felt that this year the offense always had to claw their way out of a hole. Would like them to start out fast next year and keep their foot down on an opponent.
