I agree with the picture issue, on uc browser it won't work. On chrome, it does but always says picture too large and there just regular pictures on my phone from games, etc

I'm an old Grassy alum from over a decade ago and I was very hesitant at first, but this site has really transformed over the years.

Whatever you do IMO don't bring back the WEZ, too many "look at me" posters that aren't really fans IMO, but just want to stir the pot.

It would be interesting to have the ability for the board to shut a poster down for a brief time as Main alluded to.

So many down votes and your shut out for an hour, call it a cooling off period.

I think showing someone's thumbs up/down count under their amount of messages sent would make it easier for posters to block and ignore trolls. Helping to keep threads on track.

I think more interviews with former players and current players would be nice. For instance I would love to know how Berrios is enjoying his first few days of camp.

Put Brooklyndee on payroll. If the Boss really does stop posting you're down to zero true insiders on this board.

And question, is there a way to get alerts when someone posts?

Would love to see pieces on coaches and how their schemes have changed over the years as they've moved from one position to the next. Maybe even have pieces on schemes used in UM's championship teams and key players on those squads. Sorta like a history recap leading into the season.

You have a great front page, but I’ll bet you’re not getting a ton of hits.

I always keep forgetting about it. So I’m not telling you anything to make it better I’m just giving you an observation I had. But hopefully I think it something that might give you some pause to think. Because it’s a really nice layout and very informative.

The front page is a funnel designed to showcase the best threads (articles). Once a user clicks into an article they viewing a thread. The only other option is the forum list, which is static. Basically, articles drive traffic and the front page is designed to showcase that. I think a bigger question is how can it be more effective?

In regards to Push Notifications, outside of an app there is limited ability to do this. For example, Apple doesn't give you the ability to do this on iOS.

The one option we have is OneSignal, which supports push into browsers (minus iOS browsers)

Can’t complain about a free website but if i had to it would be threads being completely derailed. You click on a thread thinking it’s about a certain topic and turns out it’s 7 pages of absolute BS. Maybe have moderators be more active and make sure threads aren’t derailed.

The only way to improve the quality of posts and eliminate bs is to have a pay as you go site. You post, you pay. That should eliminate a great percentage of addicted posters that post garbage to get recognition. Added income for cis will take care of most of changes other posters are requesting.
