The same thing even applies with your own example. Jennings, Steed and McCloud all lost their jobs to younger players in Smith and Flagg.

What are you talking about? McCloud is starting, steed is on the two deep rotation. So is dog**** Jennings. My point is Jennings shouldn’t see the field at all. He’s over tac, huff, and other better players. Pope should be above restrepo in the slot. Mark is way faster and fits the slot a lot better. Just because restrepo gets to lifts on time and made a couple plays in the scrimmage doesn’t mean anything. There all bad decisions by manny

Exactly, this coaching staff isn’t giving away anything. If this was realistic, it would include a third cornerback.

This will be much different than last year with Phillips and Roche playing so many snaps.

Exactly... Some perspective.
Nobody gets through this game - on any team - without finding themselves on the train tracks at least once. Doesn't make them less of a player or their overall value any lower. Gotta get your mind out of the clouds with this noise

Lol I know everyone hates Pope but the kid is a good football player. My whole point was Jennings shouldn’t see the field and not even in two deep. Cave, huff should be over him and sam brooks when he gets back. I watched the Unc game with mark dantonio and he couldn’t believe they kept playing Jennings and let alone didn’t change the their scheme against Unc’s run. He was laughing at the whole thing. Pope is finally in the position he should have been a long in slot. Everyone’s on restrepo as **** and he hasn’t done anything in a real game. Pope actually has
 
Good sign to see some new faces listed as a starters. I’m hoping that continues to evolve as the year goes on including these freshmen WRs. Still some players in the two deep we need to bury further down the depth chart to really compete especially at LB

Pope is too weak man just stop it, weak hands, weak body, cant catch any kind of contested pass just stop. Restrepo is the better football player, and at least Wiggins can run by people

a lot of this reaction is dumb.

Carter is good at striker. Not great but good. And he’s heavier than Frierson.

DBs look right. One stud and two pretty good players

As I have mentioned JHH is a potential beast. Rate physical gifts. Just needed to be coached.

On offense…
I see a lineup that is fast, talented and mostly proven on offense. We lost a really good TE that was hurt for 40% of last year. Other than that…

We win the turnover battle, this game is interesting in the 4th qtr.

Hey Mark, instead of posting with your burner try using the jugs a bit more and maybe you'll actually hold onto a pass this year.

I’d take this over 2011..2012..literally was bottom in the country creating pressure. Matter of fact every year under manny that room had a question mark coming into the szn aside from last season. with guys leaving and having to replace the production
