Let's say you buy a car. A used 2001 Dodge Viper GTS. It's a bit worn down, beat up, paint is faded, engine knocks. The last few owners really put it through ****. But you intend to restore it and bring it back to it's former glory. You hire a dude who tells you that he's got the know how and he'll take care of it for you. You give him the go ahead and the next day, he comes barreling up to work on your car in a Mack Truck (license plate DOH-RTO) and proceeds to hammer the **** out of it. It's all mangled on the curb and you are just stunned. While you're standing there in total disbelief, a dog comes walking up and takes a **** on one of the shredded tires.
You start screaming about the dog and how NOW, no one will want to have anything to do with the car because of the dog ****ing on it. That NOW, because of the dog, the car is ruined.
What I'm telling you is the damage has been done. Sapp ****ing on Dorito's defense is like that dog ****ing on your ****ed up car.
I think there was a lot more damage to it than we or he realized when he pulled up in the Mack Truck
Sure. A **** load of damage. But you're upset over a dog ****ing on a wrecked car. The_Damage_Is_Done. Sapp ain't hurting, Sapp ain't helping. If he were to heap praise on Dough-Rita, he'd be called out as a ******* bull****ter (and rightfully so). Dude answered honestly. If someone doesn't want him doing so, regardless of WHEN, then they are just as big a POS as Golden's cabana boy. Only Golden is to blame for holding onto his BFF. If Golden didn't want honest evaluations of his ****headed DCord, he should have gotten rid of him and shown a willingness to make a change for the better. But he didn't. Which means if honest evaluations of the program hurt recruiting, it's on Golden.
