I hate VPI
Good point....We beat VT by 18 pts last year with Rosier at QB.
And the game is at the end of the season. If Rosier isn't getting guys the ball, he won't be the QB
The VT mega-fan I know here in Richmond told me that this will make 9 new starters on defense for them this season. I'm really interested to see how well Bud Foster does.I agree.
My Saturdays just aren't complete without a Cane Dynasty-ism... You know - "Little Petey, the Work", "See you at the Y for mat drills", Butch Davis is a Gawwwd", "#***aloon" and now "#anyonebutrosier". The hits keep coming.#anyonebutrosier
I want us to kick their a**es every year. Winning will definitely help with recruiting against both the semenholes and gayturds. That 7 year stretch that ended last year was painful. Although I do respect the fact that Bowden continued to play us when he didn't have to and probably wins a couple more nattys if not for us.I agree with you that it helps the ACC, but if Miami continues to destroy FSU and really locks down the state of Florida. Clemson wont be able to stop us and the new ACC rivalry would be Clemson vs Miami in the ACCCG. Miami would be the face of the ACC at that point. Let someone else become the new third best team. Miami 1. Clemson 2. NC state or somebody else as 3. It would be perfect because they don't have much of a footprint in Florida. It would be ideal for teams that don't recruit in south Florida to be good. This is why I always root for teams like Oklahoma and Nebraska to perform well instead of UGA and Bama because they will have a harder time getting kids from Florida even when they are elite.
A couple??....More like 3-4.....We cost them the 88...91...92...and most likely 02I want us to kick their a**es every year. Well... I'm one that doesn't hold grudges so I'm going to forget whatever you said/done previously.First, FIFY.
Beating bad FSU/UF teams gives me no pleasure. I’ll take the W but the bragging rights are hollow. Bobby Bowden’s point when he said his headstone would read “he played Miami” is that Miami is the season killer for National Championship caliber teams.
FSU made Miami, Miami. Not a single other team in the ACC. Not a single team in the old Big East. Not a single team in the SEC. NE and OK have a claim but Miami became Miami by beating GREAT FSU teams. I’d also argue that FSU was more talented in the 80’s/90’s relative to college football than they were at any time that Jimbo was there. Florida too. At times...FSU may (may!) have been more talented than ... Miami (heresy!). Yet Miami WAS college football.
Also, I’d rather Florida players play in Florida than at AL, TN, GA, OSU...anywhere. If it were up to me, it’s not, UF would win the SEC every year while losing to FSU at the end of the year, and FSU would lose at least twice to Miami until the year they made it into the CFP with 2-losses and they lose to Miami for the third time in the same season.
Im glad to hearJust lost their two starting DB's. Once kicked off the team the other to injury.

FSU is going to crush VT.
We have the exact same ACC schedule as VT.
I hope they destroy FSU. We don't need FSU to win ****, we just need to handle our end
Well sport... spare me the lecture especially after I tough I was initiating a gesture of good will. And further more... my post was addressing a football issue where I agreed with you and a thumbs-up. Perception is key and if you think that my post was "All that production" and "you didn't even own that YOU were the causing problems?"... then let me retract my olive branch and you go on being yourself because obviously there's no middle ground here.If you’re going to let something go, let it go. All that “production” and you didn’t even own that YOU were the causing problems? (you had nor right to “hold a grudge”)
Keep it to football (or know your track, LOL) and we’re good, for good.
Wait could you fill me in ?Va Tech is going to be a disaster this year.
Why couldn’t they get injured and thrown off the team after the FSU game?!?It will be interesting to see how their defense does against Florida State game 1...
Fock that!!! I don’t care if they’re a bad FSU/UF team! Specially FSU winning 8 in a row while we were down and they act like @ssh0les throwing it in our faces. Fock that!!! I hope they go 5-7, 6-6, 7-5 then Willie has an 9-3 regular season and gets an extension for 3more yearsFirst, FIFY.
