The "U" on the front HAS to be on a separate piece of material that doesn't stretch; it bothers the heck out of me. Monogram it on a jersey-colored patch and stitch the whole patch on to prevent the stretching.

Difference is that Adidas changed it after a season. Nike left us with the bra strap from 2004-2014
