^^^ older guy or white guy... lol too funny... he will be done taking his classes on Monday or Tuesday. He then can report if cleared by the clearing house by the end of July.

Maybe he is Devin Hester? A guy who did every thing he could to become a cane. Hester went prep and came back I believe. Maybe Gray avoids that. Griffin didn't get a score and didn't last a semester at prep. Decided to go to Texas Southern. They aren't similar. We certainly didn't get actual reports of Griffin fighting and clawing to get in.

Believe me, I hope you're right as I think Gray is one of the top 5 players we signed last cycle. It's just that these things rarely go our way and the longer this drags our the smaller the chance he gets in. I'll say this, if he really has the test scores then he has a much better chance of getting in. It's usually the test scores that hold these guys back.
 
I believe he will make it in, I mean he has been very social about it and Pete has confirmed that all he needs is a half a credit. What crazy about Gray is that he can take your team from Good to Great just with his addition alone. just thinking about the WR's in the next 8 years is crazy if everyone sticks including the 2016 studs.
 
No matter how this works out the kid deserves to be commended for killing himself to be a Cane (if we're going by Pete's initial reports on the state of his transcripts) by fixing whatever he neglected earlier in his high school career. Some of the naysayers kinda seem to imply that it was us only or Juco/prep school as far as his options. This kid would have been admitted to Marshall, WVU, Lou-vulllll etc. as an early enrollee if we're going by their track records and the NCAA Clearinghouse seemingly not caring about them or any $EC school.

Where did he ask that? I don't see it. Also, Gray's answer is almost indecipherable. Why are they talking in that code instead of just using regular English? Do they really understand each other?

is there anyone here that actually knows something about football and can give an honest opinion if Gray is actually as good as everyone here thinks he is? I think we build so much hype but is the kid that good? just a question

In all honesty his film looks like he's super explosive and he's got speed to burn. He's an athlete that can do it all on offense, throw, catch and run. He's got good strength as it looks in his film. If you can get a full game tape you'd know better but highlights are just that highlights made to make a kid look good. Gut feeling on him though id's that we did get a stud.

I'm a 27 year old white guy with more degrees than sense. And I understood him just fine.
 
His film don't lie Ive seen this cat last year against Booker T and he was all that they had on offense. BookerT contained him but it wasn't an easy task, imagine if he more talent around him to take the pressure off
