I wouldn't be shocked at all to see uf.ag send Robinson down here and give him an apt. or a hotel for a couple weeks. Then, he can harangue Cook daily. Maybe that's why he hasn't sent his financial aid papers in to uf.ag.

Wouldnt be shocking as losing him could unravel their whole class, but he's also their best recruiter, so if they tie him up on only Cook, they risk other recruits getting poached. Especially since they dont have much of an offensive staff right now to work with.
 
His OV is right after his game, which is around the time he announces right?

This seems like one of those recruits where the last word will win him over. That OV better be something special, he'll be ours to lose at that point.

al golden started following ermon lane on twitter. pete is now saying they are going after him. maybe cook and lane are a package.

Lane wants to be apart of the package, I haven't really seen that Cook is all in on playing with Lane like how Lane is for him

That's the feel I get too. Lane seems to have hitched his wagon to Cook, but Cook seems more about doing what's best for him. Lane just seems like he's going to try to follow along with whatever Cook does.

One of the things I inferred during the Cook/Lane/Wilson recruitment was that Cook was the main guy and everyone seemed to gravitate to him. He actively recruited Lane and wilson from what I recall.

Cook is obviously who we really want, but we **** sure wouldnt turn down Lane if he wanted in. Can you imagine snagging Cook, Lane, Dixon, Yearby, Brady, Griffin (please let him qualify Baby Jesus), and that MONSTER OL we are bringing in? Kaaya should be pounding his pud at the thought of helming that offense. Would arguably be the best offensive class in the nation. WOW.

Can you imagine if we stole Cook, Lane, AND Jackson? This really is so unbelievable that I'm trying my best to not get my hopes up before signing day because I want this more than anything at the moment.
 
If we add Dixon and Cook, its one of the best offensive classes in school history. If you add Lane, we will be pushing for #1 class in the country

I know many of you will not agree with my point but...

I really think that Pete, Tito and crew hitting the pavement and talking to these recruits, gaining their trust and always keeping in touch, it helps our our brand a great deal. It really brings in the "home team" feeling for these local recruits.

Jut reading on Cook lately I mean it doesnt even seem like he cares about UF and just look at Wilson still claiming he's a Gator and now Lane wants in? Cook is the one who runs ****
 
If we were to get Cook, Jackson, Lane, and Dixon, there is no reason we don't have the #1 class. I mean who would be close to that?
