Gino with Zo in a lesser role (Football)
You've only been saying this for two months...when will people learn?
Gino with Zo in a lesser role (Football)
No disrepect to Gino but in this busines a number of these positions are givin to former athletes becasue it brings the firm a certain amount of publicity. Having the guy in the room to shake hands and pose for pictures. They give a senior title becasue the people in these rooms are all senior executives.OT but how does someone with no experience come in from the NFL and start working as a Senior Financial Advisor and not just a regular advisor? lol
agreed. ad is an administrative position. I don't care who they hire as long as he wants to win and is willing to do what it takes to win.We don’t need an “experienced” AD… Great football hire time to fire Manny Diaz and hire Mario Cristobal.
This. Half this board prolly voted for a celebrity to run the country and Gino can’t run Hecht?
To be honest...I said Mario and Zo (in a FB role) but I didn't think it'd be Torretta as AD....I personally wanted Jurich...You've only been saying this for two months...when will people learn?
This CANNOT be true, right?Which is probably why he was chosen (assuming this report is accurate). Manny Sr and the old guard won.
THIS IS GOLD.This. Half this board prolly voted for a celebrity to run the country and Gino can’t run Hecht?
And the other half voted for a brain dead geriatric patient with dementia
The report isn’t accurate and there would be 0% he would bring Manny backWhich is probably why he was chosen (assuming this report is accurate). Manny Sr and the old guard won.
Don’t even try to ride in on the moral high horse on this one. You’re the one that started praising the original p-analytical comment that got this rolling. Can we please stop with all this P-analytical nitwittery.
The point was made and it was accurate. People voted for a previously non-politician person with similar, but somewhat different, skills than that which the job has routinely called for (and for a much more significant and impactful job than AD of a university). It's called having "translatable" skills.
It was a perfectly valid point about JOB EXPERIENCE (or the lack thereof), and had nothing to do with the personal lives, ages, or mental health of anyone else from any other party.
But, yeah, certain people on this board are so ********** triggered that they feel compelled to make unrelated p-analytical comments just so that they can "own" the other side.
The report isn’t accurate and there would be 0% he would bring Manny back
100 agree. I’m not at all convinced he is the actual hire given all the shenanigans we’ve heard and seen. Speculation rampantThe report isn’t accurate and there would be 0% he would bring Manny back
Let's Go Branden!!Is he a child sniffer or maga-loid?
To be honest...I said Mario and Zo (in a FB role) but I didn't think it'd be Torretta as AD....I personally wanted Jurich...
DiMare demanded an Italian. Gino's name was pulled out of a hat that also contained Vinnie and Frank Costa. He’s only getting this job cause he’s American.
Smh.

Let them know you’re serious about it…As a fellow Italian, I just hope that Gino is not the candidate rumored to be willing to retain Diaz. That would be bad.
