Say stars don't matter? 49ers secondary consists of the No. 1 JUCO safety, No. 3 CB recruit 2000, & # 3 & 4 CB recruits from 2003

Yeah and the best player in the secondary from both teams in the super bowl had two offers, Miami and Tulane.

You should be in politics.
You know how to pick the points that support your message and spin it real hard.
The other points that make your argument weak, naaah....we don't even acknowledge their existence.

Alex Collins and 6 aren't the most universally wanted recruits by ALL of you? The only 5stars

of course stars are relevant in terms of the probability of success at the college level. and everybody on here is thrilled when we are in it for a 5-star. People just say 5 stars don't matter when we lose out on a recruit.

But lack of stars and success are not mutually exclusive. There are plenty of 2 stars (or no stars for that matter) that develop into studs in college.

It's a combination of talent AND coaching, you need BOTH to be successful
