Dolphins should just sign Ryan Fitzpatrick it's pretty simple. Don't see Bortles taking a one year prove it deal and I think Nick Mullens has some upside but would probably cost a mid round pick.

As a Dolphins fan, that might be the smartest thing they have done in a loooong time. Still, I can plan on .500 season, losing out on a top pick, and missing the playoffs.

It wasn't all his fault due to our incompetent front office, owner, etc.....but Tannehill was one of the more monumental idiot contracts a franchise could make.

Have to start somewhere....that would be making sure to get a solid QB out of the draft next time, not an ex-WR preferably.

Since the Marino days they have always been just good enough to not get a good draft pick, while it will hurt to watch...I'm please they are trying to blow it up and rebuild. Get as many draft pics and start building.

If they're not dumping salary, that's not great for the fins on the late round picks. I'd rather see a 4th now. Is it helping the salary cap?

Maybe not, but it was pretty clear from the jump that Tannehill sure as **** wasn't the answer. Still stunned at the incompetence of that move.

He will now likely take the Titans to the Super Bowl...that's our luck as Phins.
