Everything about today's game except one thing can be explained by the fact that it is a rivalry game. FSU came to play and they have 5 stars all over the field. I can overlook the offense stalling and uninspired playcalling. The thing I can't overlook is the special teams abortion I've been seeing for 3 facking years. Shanked punts, holding (even when their punter kicks the ball sideways!), missed FGs, it happens nearly every game and Richt has not addressed it. If Miami was just AVERAGE on special teams we win this game by 14.

That’s it right there. So glad we won, but there’s still sht to fix.

Don’t know why so many of you have trouble with that. It’s 100% bad or 100% good. Why the fck is it so important for you to be miserable? I want happy with a lot of this game, but grow the fck up. Sht isn’t always easy.

I’ve been watching old fsu games this week and I think many of you forget how not dominant most of those wins were. Go watch them...not the highlights, the whole games. Even the ones we won “easily” weren’t that easy. I get that they suck this year, but remember how close al come to winning several times. And I think we all know how wide the coaching gap was between al and jumbo.
 
The ones who go from thread to thread bashing Richt are the minority. Just a bunch of losers that don't go to games and whine online. Why don't you go root for other teams, seriously?

Coach Richt is going nowhere for years to come so deal with it and support the team or keeping acting like miserable, obsessive little *******.

I'm sure you all will choose the latter like miserable, obsessive little ******* do.
 
CMR deserves the credit and the blame. Have never seen a Miami team that executes so poorly on special teams.
 
Not bashing richt at all but I’m sure everyone was concerned with the play calling at times in that game

Who’s criticizing CMR who has an IQ above 2?
 
The same dummies come through downvoting the points I make but it’s the same thing former players complain about.

They talk about how vanilla the offense is and how behind the times we’re. But the blind homers will slurp Richt without knowing what they’re seeing. It’s like a cult , blind sheep lol.

FSU was literally crowding the middle and daring us to beat them outside. Literally gave us flats and quick bubbles all night. They were just lining up and blitzing the a/b gaps. Which is so disrespectful lol. But they know his vanilla the scheme is, everyone but the cult does.

Some of you guys act like the U is like Oregon State or something and that we should be just happy with a win. We have almost as much talent as any team in the nation yet we consistently play down to the level of our competition. Week after week the team struggles with poor QB, OL, and ST team play and nothing seems to improve. Richt’s play calling is not based of the realities and limitations of his offense. We were very fortunate to beat a bad team at home today.

Man...that was the worst semenhole team I remember.....it should never have come down to that. We were lucky we had enough time.
I incredibly happy we won and the players found their balls just in time.
