With all of the unrest among the board, I think only a Coastal championship and 10 wins will guarantee him his job for 2021. And, since he has to have all of his contracts approved by the BOT's, unless Manny REALLT overachieved this coming year, I don't think they will allow Flake to do one of his patented and needless extensions. They won't allow it.
 
What about the mistakes on defense? His guys don't recruit and alot of his evals are bad.

Why hasn't he made defensive changes????
 
Mandy sucks. Unless this new OC is good, we are winning 2 games next season. Mercifully, then, I Hope Flake and Mandy are fired.
Not planning to watch us lose to Temple and UAB next season for a start. Done holding out hope things change.

The coaching was so bad everywhere on the team. People say offense offense offense......the defense the special teams were bad. It looked like last chance U.......terrible man. And Diaz doesn't fight for talent in highschool and thinks he knows best with his Dorito evals. I don't get how Rumph Banda Stubbs Baker etc.....they should be fired. This will be the killer for him next season is his last. The fans are in revolt mode.....one loss in the first three games and he's done as far as fans go.

Totally agree! I start with the DL, because if you get consistently great DL play, your entire D is positively effected by it and I think we can do better than Stroud. I swear, why is it so hard for so many DL coaches to teach technique?? It wouldn't appear to be that hard, and yet we have had many DL coaches who basically didn't. The only DL coaches worth a crap over the last 15+ years were: Palermo, Petri, Kul, and Simpson.

But yeah, the D should not get a pass whatsoever! It really depends on how much Manny feels threatened in conjunction with how much he wants to win and a requisite amount of self-awareness.

100%!! I think if he is at 6-4 or something similar, he doesn't make it to the bowl (assuming there is one).

Yea I said by week 8 or 9 he's done.......the slurpers will turn on him and see that he can't turn this around. The roster will only get worse especially on defense. There isn't a good recruiter on defense at all man
 
I’m on the spiritual side of things and hoping that things happen for a reason. According to some sauces we were on the Aewhite or Fedora train.
Manny probably being a first time head coach wanted some of that bama stench to stick on to our team and hoping for a qb bump. Well that’s sht didn’t work.
But to stay positive I’m hoping that getting enos helped us get Lashlee. And since all the spread gurus are all praising this hire we might of ended up with a better oc than applewhite or Fedora. Unfortunately it was at the cost of a painful season.
And sometimes things like this are needed.
The bot and the AD needed for this chaos to happen in order to assess the dysfunction and the lack of attention they’ve paid to this football team. Will it translate into wins and future success is still the big mystery. But our players are running out of excuses and so are the people that defend them.
we have the offense you wanted so stop being all poopy pants and feel sorry for me attitude and ball out. Smu won games and put up points with lesser players. If you ain’t transferring play with some **** pride!!

Facts, I’ll never forget the way Virginia tech and Georgia tech gashed is this year. VT throwing to that stupid white TE and GT just running all over us.

The mutual separation between Manny & Enos only occurred because Manny had to save his own ***. When Manny fires Banda & Patke then we'll give him credit for trying to fix something. He's hired his buddies and he's willing to go down with his buddies just like Blake is willing to do for Manny. Hiring a OC isn't enough to fix Manny's mess.
